It is on the beach

There is nothing near this resort. The resorts restaurant is not good. I booked a private pool villa but they were inconsistent with cleaning the pool which had leaves all over it most days. The beach is not as clean. Staff not welcoming

The room was really huge and the bed was super comfortable.The resort is in a fairly remote location, so it's extremely quiet with natural surroundings. The sea was clearer than at Ban Krood beach and you can walk for at least 30 minutes in either direction and hardly see another soul.The resort has a very large and attractive and picturesque swimming pool.There is a fitness room, there are free bicycles and there are scooters available to rent.The staff are friendly and kind.The quality of Thai food at the restaurant is good.They picked me up from Ban Krood train station and dropped me off at my next resort in Ban Krood free of charge.My last night happened to be Christmas eve, and the staff laid out a beautiful Christmas dessert buffet for everyone free of charge, and Santa Claus himself showed up to entertain and give everyone a gift (I got a complimentary cocktail of my choice).

It's hard to fault the resort without resulting to nitpicks. I did feel that the loungers by the pool were all bunched up together in a tight row and could have been spaced out more with some additional umbrellas for shade.

Location right on the beach which was miles long and hardly anyone on it.

You have to have transport to go anywhere ,but we had a car so not a problem.

Everything was great. A few more veggie dishes on the menu, however, chef was excellent and offered alternatives.

Hidden gem. Clean, good staff and great location. Structure is a bit dated but well maintained. Very good value for money.

The villas were spacious and comfortable. The daily cleaning was excellent and staff went above and beyond to make you feel at home. The pools were beautifully maintained, the beach quiet, the staff very helpful

Breakfast was nice with excellent barista coffee, made fresh for you. The location was lovely with clean beaches, lovely sea view but windy whilst we were there.

The hotel site is fabulous! Beach is very nice and pool is excellent for doing laps. Water Temperature was ideal and water was very clean.

The Smoking area in the restaurant next to people dining. Not enough shade with beach chairs. Need more parasols.

Birds in cages , just wrong and moves your thoughts away from the beauty of your surroundings to the cruelty of man . A downer basically Breakfast not great

The Mynas and Starlings kept in bird cages.This is 2025 and birds belong in the wild not in cages for tourists.They looked poor and cramped, not what we expect to see

The property was spacious, clean and well-kept.

Personally I think it was a bit expensive. But on the other hand the friendliness of staff more than made up for this issue.

It’s a quiet location, very relaxing …Beach , pool and garden areas were not too busy and were all clean and easy accessible.

We have vacated there many times over a ten year period and feel the menu could do with updating..Felt the pool bar could have had staff around when required, we generally had to search them out to order drinks..

On the beach, nice swimming pool and good staff. Hotel gave a good discount for low season.

The location is excellent, far away from overcrowded tourist places. Having a beach for yourself it's a luxury.All the staff, from the Front office to the restaurant and bar is kind, attentive, and professional.Communication/Information is 5 stars!!The quality of the food is amazing, everything we ate was tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked.The room is very spacious with good decor and lots of light, the bed comfortable providing you with a good night's sleep The bathroom is big with a great design.The swimming pool is great !!!The park with the reindeer is amazing and nice to visit. I would just suggest having blackout curtains in the room so you can have total darkness in the early hours of the day.

The design of the steps that give access to the room is not the best. In my opinion, they are a bit too high and they should be without the pebbles.
