The staff was polite, helpful and prompt. Facilities were good, any extra add-ons asked were promptly provided.

Cleanliness could be much better. Hair and wrappers found in room. Curtains had stains and fungus/mold growth. If these are taken care of, everything would be great.

The property is very close to my home and my guests were saying that it's a nice hotel. I also felt great for the staff with good manners. I can recommend 100% value for money.

Service is need to be improved.We requested the staffs to remove the plate after finished our meal,but till morning it was there infront of our room .

We booked for 2 day's and they only provided 1 bottle of water for 2 day's. and we asked for 2 more bottles they charged 47 rs for that. The bed sheet and blanket wasn't well washed There are strains on it. Soap,Tea powder, milk powder everything was for 1 day. Hot water is only available in the morning. Room is not that big.

I am staying in this property for the second time . This time it was very bad. Too noisy pressure pump which makes loud noise disturbed my sleep. Receptions staffs were not bothered about anything . All I like is there is a restaurant in the ground floor which is good as always . I won’t prefer this hotel next time as it will offer sleepless night

Room was neat and clean but unprofessional hotel staff. The room can’t be made smaller than this. One can’t even walk inside that room without bumping into the bed. Also the toilet door is in front of the bed(literally in the middle).They have a MRA outlet inside there hotel and when we called the restaurant for room service they said snacks should be ordered at snack counter and they gave us another number and when we called on that mobile number it was switched off. Horrible service.

Nice place to stay on a tight budget. If you eat Indian food, then there are 2 restaurants downstairs for you. If not, then you need to either Taxi into town (Kozhikode) or walk 80' to north and up the hill to Raviz Kaduvu resort to eat in their restaurant &/or bar. All the bedding here is polyester, not cotton - so enjoy the sweaty nights. A/C in room is good, but does not reduce humidity. They provide a bottle of water, hot water pot & instant coffee & tea. All in all, not a bad place to stay, even though it's right on a hwy which wont be completed for 3+ years. Great & helpful staff.

Cost is little high.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and the location of the hotel was on the main road so it was easy to locate and check-in at around midnight.

Rooms had no amenities and the hotel did not have an operational kitchen, Had to order food from outside. There was no option for breakfast. There is an additional charge they took from me. Although it was mentioned in fine print, it is always better to show additional charges upfront while making a booking.

Overall, stay was good..

They have power failure at night in regular intervals with loud noise, which disturbed the sleep..

THE LOCATION , ROOM AND STAFFS WERE NICE

WE HAD CALLED ROOM SERVICE FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER BUT WAS NOT INFORMED IT HAD TO BE PAID FOR. THE HOTEL SHOULD MAKE BASIC NEEDS LIKE WATER FREE.

Parking in the basement is only given to premium cars, I had to park in the ground which was full of slush. Pillows are too big.

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! staring at us when we were checking in, uncomfortable with the staffs Iam also working as an front end manager but this is not the right way to assist the customer. kindly educate the staffs with proper manners!!!!!!! the air condition were not working properly to much noise from outside

Nice welcoming staff. They have upgraded my room at the time of check-in. They have very nice collaboration with the nearby restauraunt. Overall, value for money and highly recommended.
