The hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and had broken amenities like the faucet and electrical outlets. The noise levels were unbearable, both from the hotel and the staff. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no hot water. The staff, including the owner, were rude and unhelpful. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend staying here. There is no need to pay for a place this noisy and dirty – you could sleep on the street and be just as comfortable.The hotel was extremely dirty. The window in our room wouldn’t open, and there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. None of the electrical outlets worked, and there was no hot water. The faucet in the bathroom was broken, and there was constant, excessive noise coming from the bathroom. The air conditioning was incredibly loud and didn’t work at all. The noise in the rooms and the hotel was unbearable, making it extremely difficult to sleep.The staff and the owner were unfriendly and acted as though they didn’t want us there. The night staff played music or videos at full volume, seemingly to annoy us. On top of that, they tried to charge us more than what was agreed on Booking.com and even threatened us to pay in cash, raising their voices and causing a scene.The owner was very problematic and unpleasant, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This place was not worth the price at all, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Good wifi. The location isn't bad. It's close to the city centre.

No toilet paper but luckily we had our own, no soap, no bath mat, only one power point in the room.

The place might not look so new from the outside but super linis and fresh naman ng feeling sa loob ng room. No unpleasant smell even sa toilet and the linens were spotless

- photos and offer on booking different than in reality - rooms not ventilated - it was impossible to open the window

Disastrous

They increased their room rates. No longer accepting reservations through booking.com even when you already paid online. Staff is not helping. Too busy watching movies on duty hours.

We enjoyed Panglao so much! The vibe, food, and of course, the people made it so much worth it. Thankful din kami sa staff ng accommodation na to for guiding us all through out. They helped us for everything we need. They made us super duper at home
