Great location at Alona Beach, superb service and staff always very helpful.Food for breakfast was always excellent and new daily choices kept things very interesting.

Road to access the hotel is basically a cow trail with lots of potholes and damage. I’m very surprised and disappointed the municipal government and/or nearby properties don’t do something to improve or fix the road situation. Absolutely bonkers.The pool at the hotel itself needs work as many times are missing and will eventually pose a major safety hazard to the feet of the pool users.Finally the beach itself isn’t maintained at all and lots of algae is present, presenting some sea urchin risks for swimmers. Otherwise the ocean is beautiful.

The staff was super nice and always ready to assist. There is also a Tour desk at the reseption where you can book tours and get information about things to do. The location is excellent, everything you need, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, beaches, ATM, Money exchange, laundry service, bars and vibrant and colorful street life. And breakfast is spectacular with a possibility of extra cup of cappuccino and espresso

The restaurant is excellent and the live music was nice but way too loud. There is no way of having a nice chat with your travel companions while enjoying the good food.

The location was very good and close to restaurants. The cleanliness and friendliness of staff are exceptional. The selection of food was superb. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much!

We ordered a transfer from the airport and they never showed. Food is really expensive.

Great option for young kids, with a big pool and playground by the breakfast area. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Bumpy little access road into hotel

I liked the location, the hotel is right on the beach and also short walk to the local centre with shops etc. Also the staff, services, food were great, to me it was a 5 star experience, in particular I enjoyed it after all day travelling around Bohol on a motorbike :-)

Maybe two things I would improve - 1/ for a hotel located right on the beach and having a big swimming pool I would expect some way to hang and dry the swimming suit. Our room did not have a balcony and inside the room there was no good place. 2/ The road to the hotel gets very muddy after rain, in our case it was a big pond ~15cm deep and 10 meters long with no way around it. Possible to cross it on a motorbike without getting wet but not on foot.

Great hotel for kids. We booked the room that has the back door that opens up right to the pool. Our kids loved itBreakfast was ok but dinner was delish. They had live music everynight so that was funThis hotel is right on the beach and we loved walking around to other little shops and restaurants. The buffet met my expectations, Didn't use the pool but it looked nice, and always seem to have people swimming. Beach access was nice and louge chairs to put belongings with a guard was a nice feature on the property.

Road was exrtremly rough to get there. Shuttle back to airport was 900 pesos, I was going to take but ended up canceling and getting a Grab for less than 300 pesos including a 100 peso tip.

The location is great. Right on the beach, but in a part that is less inviting for swimming. The rooms and facilities are clean and speciose, and the stuff is extremally friendly. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool with the bar in it was also great. We had an issue with the water hitter in one of the rooms. They sent a technician right away and he installed a new water hitter on the spot.

We had one dinner at the hotel. The food arrived after 45 minutes, everything was cold, and not tasteful. We booked 2 rooms. One for 2 and one for 3 people. there were only 3 beds in the room and at the hotel we had to pay 1500 PHP per night for an extra bed.We also asked for a late checkout which is usually given as curtesy if the room is available. It was, but we were charged 500 PHP for each extra hour. Most of the hotel activities are with an extra charge.

Breakfast is great, staff attentive, location is good - the beach a few steps from the hotel and there’s a promenade to walk in the evening

The Accident policy was not cleared enough. First, we pre-paid the booking. But due to weather condition our flight was delayed. Guest. what they did?. cancelled our original room that was reserved which was by the pool side. Secondly, given me accidentally stained the bedding. it was ridiculously over charge. It was almost the same amount of our 4 days stayed in this place. $257 for the bedding set. Really!!! This is a joke!!! I will not recommending this place. The staff were very kind and polite. But the hotel policy sucks!
