Excellent staff service. April’s prompt assistance and warm welcome made our stay especially pleasant.

Noise from a gecko in the room disrupted my sleep during the night. Given the provincial setting, this may be expected.

The staff are very approachable and always attend to needs immediately or as soon as the soonest possible time. The property is located near Alona beach so it is not in a crowded area, so for me, it is an advantage. They have restaurant which cooks fast. The foods they served are well-prepared and good to taste and the price is just right ( the price is cheaper compared to Alona beach restaurants). There is a free transport service to and from Alona beach and is always available anytime. The rooms are well- maintained in terms of cleanliness.

Water heater in the bathroom is not consistently warm; in few minutes it will be cold then back to warm. The room in the attic gets hotter during midday despite with AC.

Spacious for our family group size of 10. Rooms are big enough for large parties. We booked 2 family villas near the pool area and it was great. They also accommodated all our special requests (crib for baby, shuttle transport service for Alona Beach, Mist and Airport). The staff are all friendly and nice. It has been a memorable family trip!

Nothing - just a recommendation about improving the toilet flush but everything else was great

The unbelievably friendly staff made our stay awesome. Maybe the best hotel staff I've ever seen. The food was awesome and not too expensive. The pools are amazing and very clean.

The only thing I would change is better beddings and two pillows for each guest. One pillow isn't enough.

The price was high and there is no included breakfast. Because its normal when you pay standard price it must have breakfast included.

The resort is very intimate and quiet, which was refreshing after staying at a bigger , busier resort. Island World was quiet and calm, and the staff recognized us easily. Having our own little bungalow was spacious and comfortable. The pools were great, although the bubbles button was broken. There was a little bit of peeled paint around the pool edge, but the pool itself was clean and staff cleaned it daily. It also is lit at night, which makes a lovely vibe. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC! And for reasonable prices, too. The food is made fresh to order, so we could easily ask about avoiding our dairy allergy, and they could accommodate it. They do not have alternative milks for coffees, so I stuck to Americanos instead of my usual lattes. The coffee lounge upstairs might be the cutest coffee shop I've ever seen in my life. The massages were very affordable and pretty nice. The massage space near the pool has a cabana feel to it. Having the shuttle to go back and forth between Alona beach was really great! We could call it easily via WhatsApp when we were ready to return. The staff also was very accommodating about arranging rides for us to see only the Tarsiers instead of alone if their whole day tour packages. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again in the future! Thank you!

The only thing missing was a phone or intercom system to contact the front desk. Of course it was a very very short walk, but when it's raining or if it's just a quick question, it would be nice to be able to call over to the desk instead of walking there.

Really great property with two enormous pools and a free shuttle to the airport or beach. Only stayed here one night but had a very clean and spacious room. Would recommend!

Great value, liked the atmosphere, the pool, and kind staffs. Also had a variety of breakfast menu available at a good price.

It took too long to wait for an answer when we ask for the pickup from Alona area. We always had to get a tuktuk. When going out, no problem, but I wish they’d check the msgs more often. But overall, I loved my stay at the resort.

we really enjoyed our stay here! the family villa was lovely, comfortable, and clean. the staff were nice. the food in their restaurant and their coffee was really good! they also provide free shuttle to certain locations and for other locations, they provide shuttle service for a minimal fee. everything was well-organized. fell in love with their pool also. will surely go back here!

The staff were accommodating. The food was superb, not pricey. The pool and view are awesome. Wifi is reliable. Free shuttle to and from Alona beach. And there's 1 free airport transfer

Utilities are not complete, only towels and soap/shampoo. No coffee but there's a water heater.

Nothing we didn’t like about this property.

We stayed for 2 nights at Island World Panglao as a family of four (2 adults and 2 young girls), and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer! This was our second resort in Panglao, and it completely exceeded our expectations.The two pools are absolutely stunning—already beautiful in photos, but even more amazing in person. The whole place has a peaceful, tropical charm that instantly relaxes you. It's set in a quiet, beautiful area, yet still close to the beach. They even offer transfers to the beach, which made things super convenient.The room was huge, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved the relaxing sofa on the terrace—perfect for enjoying the calm surroundings.The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. A big thank you to the chef for such amazing meals! The reception staff were also incredibly helpful—they arranged our early 5:30 AM airport return and even prepared breakfast for us to take.This place truly felt like a 5-star experience in Bohol. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Good location, beautiful cabins & great swimming pool. Very quite place which were nice. Very good food at their cafe. Friendly staff who were helpful organizing tours and renting scooters. Good massage

The place is conveniently located near the airport and Alona beach. There is free shuttle around Panglao Island, however, ₱200 will be charged for any further mileage which can be charged to the room. Staff were very accomodating to all our dietary needs and whims.

As it was the peak of summer, flies and mosquitoes are around so be mindful when eating and staying outside.

Very relaxing stay, nice staff, simple accommodation but clean

This is a great place to stay in Panglao. Its 15 minutes walk from Alona Beach, or use the on demand shuttle service up to 22:00. They will pick you up from town for the return if you phone them. Its a really good. The resort is set away form the main road, along small track, and the noise and hustle and bustle of the actual beach area, allowing a good nights sleep.The pool is good and the rooms well appointed. The staff are all friendly and will happily answer any questions you have.Breakfast is good and plenty to start the day.I would have no hesitation staying here again
