Since we had senior, its more convenient to have elevator specially when you bring lots of heavy baggage like us since I just arrive from abroad which not convenient.

Room was nice and clean.

Pool view rooms are located in the back of the building. We have to walk unpaved driveway but it was a short walk.

the room was big! we were really comfortable here. the location is really great cos it’s near alona beach and restaurants. the staff were really nice too!

the aircon is so weak. it didn’t cool our room that’s why we had to ask for an electric fan. the stairs going to the hotel itself is a bit of a challenge if you’re going with old people. however, the staff there will help you carry your luggage

Located very central in Alona beach. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff are very accommodating and are present even late at night.

I like the location of the hotel, very accessible in everything the beach is 5 minutes walking, and so many restaurants in the vicinity

Room is actually almost soundproof. Comfortable bad. Air conditioner doesn’t make noise. Good and comfortable bathroom. Nice stuff. Good place for couple.

The place is near the beach and establishments, very convinient and less hassle when travelling since it's nearby the road area. Perfect spot yet cheap hotel.

I read good reviews about this hotel and I'm glad I booked here. We only stayed for a night but I can say that it's value for money. Leux Hotel is strategically located at the center of everything. If you just want to explore the restaurants, souvenir shops, or walk by the alona beach, this hotel is the most convenient place to be. What's even more surprising are the SPACIOUS rooms and BIG beds that they have. Though some furniture needs a bit of repair (table's worn-out surface is very noticeable) cleanliness is still maintained. Staff are also readily available to provide assistance. Overall, a good overnight stay.

Never coming back

So many molds sa cabinet and all the wood works. Thats a health hazzard.Booking.com charged me 2200 but when u walk at the hotel its only 2000 what a waste of money.

Location is near beach and shopping area

Air conditioning is window type. So it takes time more than one hour to get room cold and noisy.

I liked how the hotel is just 5 min walk to the beach.The staff was polite to everything we asked for. Extra bed, paper plates and specially the wake up call at 430 in the morning.

The door kept on beeping and kept on waking me up because of the sound. I asked the personnel and said it has a sensitive sensor. Fixed the problem by taking a battery off. Apart from that everything was exceptional.

Honestly, the location and the coffee shop downstairs saved this hotel for me. Otherwise, my score would be lower.

We found a net of spiderwebs on the shelves of our night stand. It was clear no one had been inside the room to clean thoroughly when we arrived. The place was riddled with ants. More than usual compared to some of the other places we were staying. On top of that, there were too many confusions contacting the front desk when trying to organize the countryside tour. After confirmation when we’d arrived, we got a message stating that we weren’t confirmed on booking.com via chat. I spent the morning problem solving instead at 6:30AM if we wanted to make the 8AM tour start. I wasn’t happy about it. At the end of it all, it was brushed up to a mistake. It was a terrible start to our stay. I’m glad we were only there for 2 nights. The 2 nights there were tough. A simple tour request couldn’t have been messier to organize.

Great location a few minutes walk from Alona Beach, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was very big, clean and simple. It ticked all the boxes for me!

The facilities were pretty basic, think a nice rooftop area too to use. But otherwise, just the room itself. But good value and good location!

The location was perfect. At the intersection where the Main Street goes down to the beach. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. And still quiet.

The hot water had two temperatures, scalding and cold. Not a huge deal since many showers in the Philippines are cold only, but would have been nice to be able to use the hot.

Location was great for all the bars, food places around and money exchanging around. Lots of tuks and motorbikes on offer to help (a tad too busy to cross). Staff helped negotiate a price for me to go to the airport and I was able to check in early for my room. Huge, spacious room with a comfy bed too.

I didn't have a great view so I kept the curtains close during my stay. The tv was working and then some times I was able to get it to work randomly - the staff came to help but wasn't able to fix it so I left it. There's a staircase to get to the hotel so if you're carrying a lot of bags its not ideal and in the heat too it feels like a mission.

Close to everything, staff very accommodating and air conditioning worked well. Power was off the island day 1 but generator ran Almost non stop to continue power usage as per normal. Staff accommodating and friendly.

Area was a little noisy during the night, but it would quieten down at midnight.
