Customer service and hospitality is phenomenal! They set the standard for future hotel experiences.

They offered therapeutical massages that were overpriced with staff that wasn?t personally interested in providing. I wasn?t impressed with the television channels that were available, specifically on those rainy days that you have to stay in your room.

As what my 10 years old son is saying, "EVERYTHING".

Shuttle was unorganised but love that the hotel manager was able listen to our feedback

Although having 4 restaurants, at one night all were reserved for private events and was not easy having the dinner

I have visited BE grand last year with my mom and she just looooovvved here. That’s why we booked the same resort. Without a doubt, this is the best resort in Bohol. It’s quiet, has a massive pool, private beach, restaurants and most importantly, friendly staff. My mom has traveled all the world and this is her favourite Resort all time. Room and the terrace are clean af and the staff always greeting us good morning good afternoon with smile :) Thank you guys for giving the most amazing time for me and my mom. Now she can’t shut up about how great the trip was ?They have shuttle to&from Alona beach.Also airport shuttle. I didn’t know they Tuktuk to airport for only 200 pesos, if I knew I’d defo take it. Clean and beautiful swimming pool with free towel rent! Bar on the 4th floor (Lune) is also the best!Thank you again and see you next yearP.S. the spinning top chair in the lobby is the best lol

The breakfast was not as expected, not variety of fruits or enough options -The Luna restaurant was very slow and the food was very dissapointin

We chose the hotel because of the services they said they will provide and it wasn't all true, example, Nanny Services. Also, everything was closed very early and the bars were not open most part of the day.

Great location, lots of restaurants inside the hotel. Gym, game room and karaoke room was top notch. Had great Water pressure. Room air conditioning was very good!

The staff forgot to pick us up in pier even though we had a reserved booking for pick up at the pier

Everything else, the room smelled of mold and sewage, the staff's attitude was unprofessional, the food was very poor, the pool was far from the sea, the place looked like an old hotel, I don't recommend it.

Huge place to walk around, very friendly and attentive staff especially at their restaurant which has lots of food options!

for a resort this big, I am a bit disappointed with their buffet breakfast, was expecting more..

Ice machine it was hard to get ice as it came out in blocks and no way to break up the ice

It was near Alona Beach and other establishments. Huge area and so many amenities. It was peaceful too despite the party scene at Alona beach. The staff were really great. Always ready to help. I asked for a little surprise for my Dad and they delivered. All of them are courteous.

I love all the staff so friendly and accomodating. Great value of stay. Everyone manage your expectation.Room is spacious though kinda bit old but well maintained

Though a beach front, a sort of not enjoying much the beach because it has no shore but steps going down to the beach. The water is shallow but more of rocks not sand, though alot of life guard and security is available at the sight.

THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE US HAPPY, THE ROOM BIG AND COMFY, AMENITIES OF HIGH QUALITY, FANTASTIC VIEW, THE BEACH WAS SO SO DUE TO A STORM SO WE COULD NOT GO TO THE WATER

Nothing fancy,almost same for the past 3 days

The breakfast must put it clearly. I had my two kids and when i booked it says children are included but when we go for the breakfast it say's need to pay for child breakfast.

Quiet location, family-friendly stay, food was great and super generous
