    Pros +

    • Newly refurbished room, very clean, very quiet, efficient staff.
    • ALL of the Staff were exceptional. Helpful, courteous and extremely. professional. They were an absolute pleasure. Also...the "On-Site" Cafe and Staff were not only very reasonably priced, but served up diverse, well prepared meals.
    • Super tidy and clean.Bed is very comfortable.Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in the city center.Breakfast is one plater of high quality, although the vegetables are in scarcity and you have to pay extra for a salad.

    Cons -

    • Area is fairly close to sights and shopping, however it is an extremely traffic congested area. Walking is a hazard. Breakfast is Chinese, so you had better like fish. VERY limited American/European menu on all meals.
    • Everything pertaining to the Hotel was VERY well done..however it is "off the beaten path" for Beach Goers, but excellent for Tagbileran Business. Depending on your room location, the street can be quite loud. until around 11 PM.
    • Curtains are not fully light proof, and if you don't like the sunlight at 6:00 in your room, this place is a NO NO for you. I was told by the reception that all rooms are like this, so I couldn't change a room. I'm a light sleeper already, so this was a killer for me, hence the low score. Unfortunately, I booked 4 nights in advance.Aircon is an old fashioned window mount and so a bit noisy. I prefered to sleep with the window open at night.Water faucets, in sink and shower, barely capable in maintaining warm water, it's either too cold or too hot.

Super friendly staff and very accommodating

Everything was good except for the bed that was a little hard and the parking was a bit challenging with minimal space

Breakfast was excellent, many choices and good quality food.

    Beds were too firm

The accessibility to the port and to the place of work. The food at the resto was superb

The smell of the restroom. Feels like it was directly connected to sewage.

Great customer service, clean rooms, nice amenities, nice cafe in hotel, small restaurant located next door.

    7ArnoPosted on: 12-30-2024

Rooms are very nice, the food is good.

On check-in, you get treated like a criminal as they are very rude when they tell you about the rules. Honestly, beds aren't allowed to be moved closer? That's new for me and I have been to a lot of hotels. Also, Food is a bit expensive.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming. Food was great

It’s very close to everything in Tagbilaran City. Staff is always friendly. This is my third time staying in sweet home boutique. We love the place. We stay here next time we visit Bohol.

Double bed are small bed. We should be able to request to a king bed.

It’s a very beautiful hotel that’s clean and well-appointed. The location is accessible and near the ferry station. Comfortable bed and nice coffee shop at the lobby. Staff are very helpful. There is a popular chicken barbecue restaurant at the ground floor.

    There’s nothing to dislike

Beautiful, clean, great location, great food, great service

    Nothing at all!

    8TessPosted on: 3-8-2024

Central location near the port. Huge bed, modern bathroom and the best shower we’ve had in 2 weeks in the Philippines. Excellent cold aircon and not too noisy. Friendly and kind staff.

We paid extra for a superior deluxe room, but unfortunately the balcony opened onto a main street and the soundproofing was shocking. We were awoken all night long by the sound of motorbikes despite sleeping with ear plugs in.

    clean

My room is close to the machine outside the wall. big noise during daytime.

    10JeffreyPosted on: 1-26-2024

Everyone made us feel welcomed and were very keen to help. When we asked about a specific vehicle, they were more than happy to look around for us. Unfortunately not as common as we thought, they did provide us with options so we could get around.

Staff and this location is very centrally located

The play their restaurant out to be fine dining location with $35 plates. Prices here same as Top of Cebu and other fine dining spots. It’s good but pricing was steep.

    10AnthonyPosted on: 12-4-2023

Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Really enjoyed the breakfast included with the room too!

    10ValeriePosted on: 11-15-2023

Very nice small hotel, we got a free room upgrade as well. Friendly staff.

Only pity was the breakfast with quite limited option and various things not actually available on the menu.

    10ElcidPosted on: 10-17-2023

The awesome hospitality, proximity to the city and their added extra amenities perfect for business trips.
