The staff; staff was very friendly and always smiling and ready to assist.

Room could be cleaned better. A lot of noise from traffic.

Restaurant was good. Location yo wharf was easy for us

Rooms were small. No windows with views. Toilet did not work well

very accessible to transportation to get around the city, to laundry needs, restaurants & to move around the, city

no refrigerator, for people like me who has medication that needs to be refrigerated, it’s an imperative need.hot & cold shower wasinconsistent most of the time no hot shower, we have to update our room keys frequently, no hot water boiler for coffee , no hair dryer/blower.

I like that the staffs are friendly, however it would be better if a staff can take the guest to their room since the directions are not quite that easy.

WE enjoyed much the hospitality of the staff and the food.

the size of the room since we not able to have a room with 2 single beds. but overall rating is excellent

The hôtel is really close to the harbour

The toilets were not working, the AC was extremely loud, had to sleep with airpods to avoid it.

Shower had warm water.

Walls were dirty in the room and the water doesn’t drain properly in the bathroom.

The staff were really nice and approachable. Free breakfast was good. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. They were quick to anticipate our needs from the guards, the Concierge to the bellhops. We had a very pleasant evening at the roof deck where we ordered a few desserts and cold drinks from the kitchen. The Turon was one of the best we ever tasted and we even ordered some to go the next day. The halo halo was also excellent. The staff that served us in the roof deck were also very courteous and attentive. The breakfast was also very good. Just make sure to confirm your previous order to make sure there is no confusion. Location was convenient and very near to the docks and shopping. The best part of Belian was the courteous and professional staff. The Belian should promote their roofdeck to the customers as it can be a very nice private area to have a meal or small get together with superb dishes from the kitchen!

Nothing major or cant be improved. The floor in the shower was very slippery . A slip mat would help. Window in the main sleeping area could use a nice blackout curtain.

All the staff were excellent in every way, especially Jessie Mae who served us breakfast, and Vanessa at the front desk.

When we came bathroom ceiling was leaking but i didnt bother to inform them. Some sink part was not fixed.

I asked to change the room since the air conditioning in the regular room was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. They moved me to a supreme room, they misinformed me about the price and I ended up paying about 60 euros for something that in my opinion is not worth it

Good location, right next to the port. Excellent staff. Clean and tidy room(501) with a good balcony overlooking the port and sea.

All good, no complaints.

I can hear the noise in the next room, and they are too strict with visitors even if I don't even exceed the number of occupancy in the room.

It’s location is so close to the sea ferry terminal it’s perfect for business travelers and transit travelers. Rooms and bathroom are clean. No bugs. It has daily good breakfast selection Helpful staff

It’s aged a bit and will need some refurbishing here and there. Nothing major. The mattress also needs replacing. But overall an excellent choice

Staff was cooperative

"Confirmed" room, suddenly wasn't and I was downgraded, then charged extra when they "miraculously" found an empty room that was what had been confirmed. Shower door was off the track. Couldn't get wash cloths. Had to ask twice to get a bath mat (what is it with the slick tile floors in comfort rooms??)
