location is perfect for travelers. The area is developing into a real nice destination. The beach is clean.

Breakfast buffet is amazing. The Premiere room is absolutely perfect! Cleanliness all over is obvious. Employees are always courteous. Greetings and smiles are a constant.

Just wow! Love this place I didn’t not expect them to actually do my anniversary request when I was told I had do it through a third party ? for it but wow open that room and wow wasn’t not expecting that soo wow thank you guys and girls much appreciated and omg loved that pool and the pool bar! Wow amazing! Definitely will be staying here again.

If there are there just minor issues nothing really big that I can complain about overall I love it here

Our stay at Hennan Resorts Tawala was genuinely wonderful. The staff were an absolute delight, and one of the ladies at the check-in counter stood out so much. She was incredibly accommodating and had this warm, perceptive way of communicating that instantly made everything smoother for us. The facilities were spotless, and the cleaning staff were impressively quick and generous with their daily upkeep. I loved the room, the peaceful atmosphere, and how quiet the surroundings were, which really added to the experience. The location is also a huge plus because it is very close to the beach and conveniently surrounded by stores and establishments within walking distance.

On the other hand, there were certain aspects of the administrative and coordination processes that felt unnecessarily difficult and more complicated than they needed to be. It affected the overall ease of the experience, and I hope the management can work on making these interactions more straightforward for future guests.Overall, the stay itself was lovely, but I believe there is still room for improvement in how guest concerns are handled.

The room reserved is not the one given it should be de luxe twin bed not single and double bed.

Plenty of options for every nationality. The staff was excellent with their service and of course the Filipinos kindness and respect.

The wifi was not very good. Couldn't sign in easily and would not connect a lot of times.

All staff were amazing! Very polite, courteous and cheerful. They were the plus to our stay at this hotel. Unhappy about the 2 small water bottle/day policy. Not really a 5 star-ish policy. The day we checked out we were not given water and when I asked for it, I was told we were not entitled to complimentary drinking water anymore as we were checking out.

Pros:Conveniently located just 6 minutes from the beach.On-site restaurant adds to the convenience.Nice swimming pool.Clothes hangers provided.Cons:The tea cup appeared clean, but after making tea, brown residue was visible, suggesting improper cleaning. We didn’t feel comfortable using it afterward.No early check-in available.We paid over 10,000 pesos for a family room, but it didn’t feel worth the price. Hotels in Bohol seem overpriced compared to Manila—The Manila Hotel offered a much better experience for half the cost.

DON'T STAY

This was a two room, 5 night stay. A nonrefundable, non-changeable purchase. But because I was having major surgery I was not able to use the purchase. The friends that were traveling with me were poor from Manila and could not afford to travel without me. Hennan Tawala would not accomadate me in any way. I asked for a discount rate for future travel and was told no. Terrible customer service

All the Koreans. There rude and noisy and it was bizy as. Not Henanns fault but due to that I’ll try somewhere else next time.

i booked 2 double bed but they give us king size bedand they just added 1 extra bed.

completely and utterly incompetent staff on the front desk ! not one of them had a clue what they were doing ! check in was bad but check out was a complete and utter joke ! the worst experience we have ever had ! it took so long we ended up missing the ferry and we had allocated 2 hours (plenty of time normally !! ) to get to the terminal . Unfortunately it’s the management who are to blame for the failures at this resort .. they are trying to run the place on a shoestring budget and have obviously not provided any training what so ever to the staff !

Some of the staff, especially the receptionist, were stressed and unfriendly.I was asked to give a security deposit, which after not using it takes 14 days to return to my credit card. .

Surprise Charges!!! Beware!!!

Surprise Charges!!! Beware!!!My friends visited me in the hotel and dipped in the pool. They could have warned them first that they will charge them 1,680php per head. Mind you, the 1,680 per head comes already with the breakfast and hotel stay for extra person. However, my friends DID NOT stayed in our hotel and they did not even had breakfast since they are staying in a much much better hotel. If they would have known we will just be staying in their hotel instead or just go to their beach. They charged us as if they slept in our hotel and ate in the breakfast buffet. Instead, Henann Tawala played ninja moves on us and charged us for something that they did not consume. Then after I aired out my suggestion to them that they need to come up to the customers and tell them right away about the charges, the lady in the front desk talked to her colleague and they both just laughed. I just hoped that they dealt with my concern in a more professional way. Hope this won't happen again to another client.

Great location and the entire hotel area was clean. No bugs at all.
