Cons -
- We paid for the family suite but we were given a rather small room and not what we payed for. When I saw it I went back and complained and 30 minutes later what we paid for was given to us. We waisted a lot of time just to get what we paid for. Also there was a jacuzzi in our room that didn’t work and for the two nights we stayed there we couldn’t use it which was frustrating. The room was a little bit dirty.

Kind reception staff, kind manager. Thank you.Special thanks to the young men speaking Russian (sorry, can't recall the name). It is expected to find valuables when left in the room, but we really appreciate this. Thank you so much.Room size (standart) was more than in description. We changed from suit because we like twin beds.Next time around we come for sure.
