House keeping doing bad job. I had to clean dirty toilet bowl myself which is unacceptable. No towel provided. The aircon is full of mold, I got sick the day after stay from the dirty air. Property definitely needs upgrade big time. Door is not working properly and full of rust

Room spacious and beach view from the room balcony is beautiful and peaceful.

Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The toilet did not work (water did not flow into the toilet tank). After calling maintenance twice in the space of less than ten minutes, they allow us to change to next door room which is slightly better and has small movable table which is handy. However one of the light bulbs was not working. The private beach directly fronting the property was also dirty.

At least I got "free" breakfast. Lol

• Location: Okay, but quite far from the main town.• Hotel Vibe: Feels like an old resort, and it’s eerily quiet at night.• Room: Terrible. The wooden floor creaks with every step, the room is poorly maintained, and the air conditioning seems unserviced. I don’t mind classic/old resorts, but this one is seriously neglected. Worst part? Found two cockroaches in the bathroom. The mattress is super old and saggy.• Seaview: The view is decent, but the beach area is dirty and unkempt.• Staff: Not helpful at all. Got yelled at just for asking for an iron—unacceptable!

Should refurbished the hotel . At least repaint or restore the wooden built. This is a 3 star hotel equivalent to hotel sri malaysia . At least i can see sri malaysia did some refurbishment so you should too

actly this place is my favorite. but the facilities toilet esp very bad. i already stay here 2019 but until today sept 2024 the toilet stay same and i stay at same room.hope the propety owner take noted about this bcz this very2 nice but if not take action or do soomething myb it will be destroy and cust not have fun to come again

Very friendly staff. The food was very tasty. Well done Chef. Organized a transfer for me. Booked a boat tour to Redang for me. Fantastic pool. Great location the middle of nowhere so very relaxing.

No alcohol. The pictures are more glossy than the resort itself. The “resort” is dated but very local. Would I stay here again? Yes. Definitely.

Bathroom shower nozzle rusty and water very slow. Air conditioning water leaking, room light 1 not working.Room no 142

The infinite Pool is wonderful.An amazing sea view from the room.Experienced Sun rising from the room.check-in was very fast and helpful reception.Not much verities for breakfast buffet, but food was delicious.

Time to renovate the rooms.The toilet flush was not working properly, I fixed it myself.

Bad

Old, gloomy and aged room was offered. When i requested for change, i have to pay additional for refurbished room. Other common facilited was in poor condition, old ans aged, left unrefurbished. Not recommended.

The view is nice. Price is still reasonable, breakfast got at least basic menu

Old furniture and toilet, but still clean. I think the hotel should have start makeover.Phone line was down, only know after check in.Away from groceries store, so better find all u need, include food before coming

Will definitely come back for its view & beach.The staff were very helpful.

For me....the mgmt need to have a look & do some renovations on the toilet & shower. It's very old & doesn't match your rating as a well known resort. Toilet is the first place where people judge others....my 5 cents opinion only.And please provide rooms with iron & ironing board.

Close to the beach and the atmosphere were so peaceful. It was quiet, and intimate. not so many people at the premise

It was outdated. The phone signal was weak, and barely have connection. The amenities in the room was suffice but the room need an upgrade. Everytime i walked, i was afraid the room would swollowed me. The ac barely working. The pillow was hard as rock. The staff was really unwelcoming. Macam taknak kasi stay pon ada. Tak friendly langsung.

Good location near the beach , have pool facility and restaurant.

The resort need to make over the resort aera and the toilets need to upgrade the flush importantly..
