Arthaya Villas - SHA Extra Plus

Beautiful peaceful property within walking distance to the beach. We had a two-bedroom villa for our group of four, and it was perfect for us. We liked bed the big deck overlooking the pond and the amazing pool. We saw bee-eaters and sunbirds, among others. And the breakfast onsite is delicious. They supplied us with lots of cold water in glass bottles, which they reuse, and we loved all the work they have done to create a sustainable oasis.

Nothing - we loved our stay here

This place is a tropical hug. The garden is basically a live-action nature documentary, complete with geckos, singing birds and pretty flowers. The villa was spacious and spotless. The staff? So warm, welcoming, and helpful. And the location? Perfectly tucked near Beautiful and Relax Bay. Truly an oasis.

And special thanks to the hotel manager Mrs. Ya, for creating an amazing atmosphere that no photos can convey.Complete immersion in nature, relaxation, tranquility and privacy. The large villa fully met expectations. The presence of a road nearby is unnoticeable when you cross the threshold of the hotel.Nearby are beautiful beaches where there is massage, charming sunsets and delicious cafes. The location of the hotel is optimal. There is its own bike rental.An excellent large pool, which you also do not want to leave, as well as this hotel and the island of Koh Lanta.Breakfasts near your own pond are priceless.Cleanliness and greenery!This place should definitely be visited again with children too.

Add a photo of the hotel area. If you meet a mosquitos If you meet mosquitoes in the bathroom, say hello to them from me. These mosquitoes won't bite you and they are absolutely silent. Or ask a hotel employee to spray a product that helps to avoid mosquitoes.

Extremely nice place. All the staff. The café. The coffee. The food. The owner. All excellent.

Maybe a few more room cleanings - but that might have something to do with the fact that I was a lot in my room. No problem

Everything was nice, clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a dinner at the hotel.

Set in lush gardens the villas are placed around a lovely swimming pool. We were lucky to get one with a large terrace and direct access to the swimming pool. Villa no 6 which sleeps 4 people. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The entire place was spotless. I got my laundry done it was delivered back to the villa's reception and we also rented a scooter cheaply.The breakfast was delicious and so was the lunch menu, we ate there twice for lunch and tried many cakes and coffees. I would recommend the mango crumble cake , massam curry and the cheese burger was yummy. The mango smoothie was delicious.It's set in a fairly quiet spot and using a scooter or catching a Tuk Tuk is needed.

There is no alcohol served and the coffee shop shut at 5 pm but this also meant it was peaceful in the evening. For those who require sound proofing be aware you will hear next door's guests through the bedroom wall and many birds through the night in the garden. If you aren't a light sleeper you will be fine !

We chose this accommodation based on reviews, as well as the effort placed in reducing the environmental impact. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Arthaya Villas without hesitation.

People next to us were smokers and I found I couldn’t sit outside on my patio without getting wafts of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant.

Very good location, fresh and tasty breakfast. Rooms clean, pool clean :). I wish we could get back there!

Great large comfortable room, beautiful view at the garden and the water with fishes which are eating the mosquitoes.The location is next to the road where you have several one of the bests places to eat at Ko Lanta.5 minutes walk from the beach which has very nice beach bars where you can get easily seats or sunbeds. The staff is very friendly and helpful, nice things to eat, good breakfast. The place is incredible clean and provides you almost everything. The pool is nice, good showers. I liked very much that you have Netflix, HBO, YouTube on a large TV (60inch or so).Good airco.The place also provides good scooters.Everything you need for a comfortable stay.Make a ride to the other island, (Koh Lanta Noi). It is so unspoilt but with very good roads. Nice to sea the nature and sea the view towards the other small islands.Make a stop at Talabeng Cafe, nice meals, sweets and nice staff too. It is from the same family of Arthaya villa’s.

The pool, the breakfast, the very helpful staff. It was also great to have a full kitchen in our villa.

Perfectly situated on the main road (about halfway on the island) the resort area is set back in a little oasis so you hear only the birds and crickets. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Lovely pool and delicious breakfast. I would highly recommendPlus Ya organized everything we needed. So kind and helpful.

Super clean property. Beautiful lush nature around. Well taken care of by the staff on a daily basis. Ya, the owner, was amazing. She helped us with all our bookings, tours, taxis, everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional, it was delicious and really well presented, can recommend the smoothie bowl!. The room was spotless, beds were super comfortable and big, we loved our stay there and would go back in a heartbeat.

Situated in beautiful tropical surroundings. Stayed in a two bedroom villa with large comfortable balcony/seating area. Amazing pool.

Not much storage for clothes. Large hanging cupboard with few hangers, but no chest of drawers

Off season in Koh Lanta is green and peaceful, but 90 percent of restaurants, bars etc are closed for 4-6 months.

The staff was wonderful, they were so lovely and kind. We loved our stay. The pool was very nice and the villas were really comfortable.

The only downside is that there is only airconditioning in the bedroom. The rest of the villa does have a fan.

Superb accomodations, full kitchen, incl. gas stove, microvave, large fridge, everything youd need. Nice living room. Spacious and well decorated. Correct AC location in bedroom. Perfect pool. Great staff.
