Perfect stay, so green and the beach is just across the road. Maybe it did also help that our bungalow was the last one and the farthest away from the road, so it was super quiet.

Amazing place in the middle of the jungle though just few minutes from the restaurants and beaches. Peaceful surroundings, comfortable and big room, unbeatable hospitality and tasty breakfast! 120% would repiet!

The staff was extremely helpful, so very kind. We needed a charger and te owner took me on her scooter to get one. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely peaceful location but close to Relax Bay where it's lovely to watch the sunset, some great little restaurants on the main road, The Gardens Cooking class which was also very good.

The bungalows are a bit old and VERY simplistic, we felt like it could use some renovation. The water in the sink didn’t flow off properly. Additionally there is a mosquito net above the bed but it’s too small for the bed to be used.

The entire staff at this property is amazing! They really make your experience so much better as they are very welcoming, attentive, informative, and helpful in every way. The bungalows are cute and spread throughout a beautiful jungle landscape. The paid breakfast located on site is very tasty. They also offer motorbike rental delivery (250 baht per day) and laundry on-site, which is very convenient. Relax Beach is located within a 5-minute walk from the property. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but I would recommend renting a motorbike as there are many more great restaurants and cafes within a short drive. The wifi connectivity is inconsistent from within the bungalows (depending on how far your specific bungalow is from the wifi router), but the speeds from the main dining area are very fast. The A/C in the rooms works wonderfully. Daily housekeeping was offered. Overall, we had an amazing time at Lanta Happy Hill and would absolutely stay here again!

Since the bungalows are located within a jungle setting, it does get quite buggy throughout the day/evening, so using bug spray is a must if you want to sit out on your patio.

Many mosquitos outside, bring mosquitos repellent or you will never chill on the balcony! A bit less intimate than we expected but it was okay (bungalow are not so close by, but there is not enough trees or plants to create a visual separation).

Staying here was the best decision we made during our trip. Accommodation is great - very quiet area, yet close to the beach (like a 3 minute walk) and around 2-3 minute walk to amazing cafes with quite cheap and best food we had in Thailand (highly recommend Yawee). The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfy, AC is working perfectly. The beach near Lanta Happy Hill is better than a long beach (Long Beach had tiny jelly fishes). We also rented a bike here. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and ComfyOur stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the surroundings are stunning, with beautiful lush vegetation all around. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the people who run the place—they are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. We had an amazing time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The rooms are perfectly maintained with beautiful furnishings. The beds are super comfortable and the property is just a few minutes walk from the beach and there are lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. The owners are so kind and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. They are happy to sit and chat with you about local life and have a long list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I was even given a fruit plate after checking out whilst I was waiting for my taxi. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Ying and her family are excellent hosts, everyone is super friendly. The huts are very cute, spacious and clean. The hotel is located near a nice beach with good bars and restaurant options. It is also near the main road with lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby. We arranged all our excursions through Ying who pointed us to reasonably priced, popular options. We also rented scooters through the hotel. We couldn't ask for more!

We loved staying here!! Our hosts were so lovely and took care of our every need. We stayed in a bungalow with a porch that had full shade during the whole day (and we are pretty sure all bungalows had this). The breakfast options were amazing with a very cheap price for what you received (too much food honestly!) with very good quality. We would have liked to extend our visit here but we couldn't because they were fully booked for all the right reasons! We recommend booking here and staying one more night than you would think :)

Mosquitoes but that’s unavoidable

I stayed 3 weeks at Lanta Happy Hill and I absolutely loved it! The cozy bungalow, the quiet & lovely garden with the squirrels and the friendly staff made me feel like home. This place has everything I wished for: a beautiful beach (just 5 min walk) and lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood (walking distance). And last but not least: I’m so happy to have met Ying, who is an amazing host and also a beautiful soul! She really made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back!

The owner and staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, not far from the pier and near many restaurants. The beach is across the street. The Lanta Happy Hill offers a delicious breakfast for a small fee. We were able to rent a moped for a the day. They also were able to arrange a tux tux to take us back to the pier for a good price.

Bungalows closer to the road can be a bit noisy (but nothing that prevents a good night's sleep)

It felt like a small home where we could retreat peacefully after our adventures on the island. Jing was a great host! They recommended a lot of places to visit and great restaurants to eat. Things are arranged with so much care and convenience, with very reasonable price. We loved it!!

The shower water pressure was in our house very low. But we also didn’t mention it to the staff, so maybe they could have done something about it… for us it worked fine enough not to complain.
