Lanta For Rest Boutique Hotel

The place is close to the beach, the stores, restaurants, tuk tuks, anything you need. It was clean and quite, comfortable beds and really good breakfast. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone was so welcoming and smiling all the time, very helpful and kind. The manager is attentive and very helpful with everyone, and all the other staff members are too! If I ever come back to Lanta, I will 100% stay here. 10/10 recommend.

Such a lovely place with friendly staff everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Fa for the upgrade and she was available every second when needed no matter the time ??? much appreciated. 7 minutes walk to the beach , restaurants and supermarkets are few minutes away, if you need to rent motorcycles or car Fa will guide you and make arrangements hassle free with trust. Highly recommend this hotel, very respectful reasonable price and when i say reasonable i mean it.

Everything was excellent

Helpful and friendly staff. We got upgraded to a family room which was great. Really good size room with extra facilities. Right beside the pool . Lots of kids around so perfect for us but could see it could be annoying if you wanted child free peace . Good breakfast too

Room spacious.Bed comfortable.Floor-to-ceiling windows with privacy blind as well as curtains.Nice view of jungle/hills and I could see across to the hotel's other pool.Rooftop pool nice (didn't try the other one, it was surrounded by bungalows, so less secluded).TV was quite small but had Amazon Prime etc. Took a few minutes to figure out how to sign in etc as TV settings etc all in Thai.

I think they describe it as beachfront, it's not. It's only around 7 mins walk though.Note the beach has no shade and no sunbeds/parasols, unless you stay in a beachfront resort that has its own beds. Its the same on the whole island I think.

Absolutely brilliant staff and comfortable room and facilities. Great location, in the middle of everything we needed and wanted. Wished we’d stayed here for our entire stay. Highly Recommend.

Loved the murals and the interiors. Felt very happy and at home. Comfortable beds, fantastic staff, close to everything. Wished we’d stayed here longer. Our favourite hotel. We stayed in 3. Staff were soooo nice and helpful.

Honestly I would not recommend bungalows to people without children, cause there are a lot of them, with all that noise and plenty of swimming toys everywhere. But if you do have it's a fine place: big pool for kids, good size bungalows with some kitchenware and terrace, wonderful beach is near with a variety of restaurants and, of course, amazing sunsets.

Would be nice to put some plants on the territory around pools, I saw the places for them but they were mostly empty.

Hotel has a no shoes policy throughout which would be fine if the floors were kept clean. Had to constantly wash feet before putting them on the bed.

Overall good and comfortable accommodation, however nothing extraordinary, and at least our bungalow is already begging for some renovation.Two swimming pools in the bungalow area are really useful and comfortable, clean and warm, especially during very hot days.The breakfast offered was of really good quality. Staff is also helpful and friendly. Location is perfect with nearby access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants, literally across the street.

The house we got was below our expectations for a family bungalow and we got smaller bungalow than ordered, and some of the equipment listed in the offer was missing. Those discrepancies, however, were sorted out and compensated with helpful staff.

Location is VERY good, so close to beach and all the shops etc. Rooms are nice and quite quiet. The breakfast was just ok.

Staff could have been better, but that was fine for me.

We had to ask for 2 days to get our room cleaned then they said we did not put sign out we did not get told to on check in we thought they would do it daily when we went to reception the first day they did not tell us to put sign out just made an excuse

We stayed at the main hotel and had a very nice view from the window. People working at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

The smell of sewage in the room, sheets and towels were not clean enough

We loved absolutely everything. Great pool, staff, room and breakfast. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location unbeatable. We felt lucky to be there. Thank you, Lanta!

No bar facilities on site, but shops nearby. Advertised as beachfront but it isn't

So close to the beach and restaurants! It was easy to walk down for the beautiful sunset each day. Our kids loved the pool so much that it was hard to get them to go to the beach! Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book day trips and a transfer to the airport. We stayed in the poolside bungalow. It was clean and comfy and daily housekeeping was available if needed.
