Veranda Lanta Resort

The room was large with a large closet and a long shelf. The AC worked well. Kettle to make coffee. Room cleaned every day.

The first and last night there was a problem with water coming out brown or not coming out at all. Some bugs coming up from the shower drain. The duvet looked moldy.

We liked the quiet location, a bit off the main road. The staff was friendly and we got a nice bike to rent very fast with a good price. Keep in mind, you have to have cash to pay for the room, no card payment available.

Everything is getting quite old including the pool area. We didn't use it at all, as it didn't feel at all inviting. The pictures shown are taken many years back, and I feel they don't show the current state of the resort. The rooms have one main light that is so cold, when you switch it on in the night, the room feels like a hospital - so not too cozy.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They offered us a free breakfast and sorted out any plea that we've got.

The rooms were very big, the bed was comftorable, the pool was very fun. Short drive to much of the beaches

Clean and quiet room. Nice garden, pool and breakfast. Really friendly staff.

We stayed in 1 of the deluxe villas which are 10 -15 min walk from lovely beach and many restaurants.The pool area was very clean and although we didn’t use it others did - the room was a good size very clean with lovely welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for us. They supplied a nice breakfast every morning which was not clear on booking that this was included . Overall we felt it was good value for money and would definitely return

Good, basic clean accommodation, comfortable beds & easy walking distance to beach & restaurants. Lovely veranda to chalet room. Staff very helpful & friendly. Pool nice.

WiFi kept cutting out in the evening but staff helpful in sorting problemMore up to date sunloungers needed at pool. There were only 3 chairs & 2 loungers without cushions that had seen better days.

The garden is well maintained, the balconies are nice however the accomodation are outdated and need an upgrade. You expect more for the price you pay.

Outdated accomodation, bathroom is old. Nothing to put your clothes. Very poor

Rooms could do with just a little freshen up.

The resort is in a good location to visit all the island. Big room and bathroom and a comfortable bed. The family are so friendly and helpful with anything you need whilst there. Pool is nice and great to cool down in.

Stayed as a family, 2 adults 1 child. Big clean room, staff kind and trustworthy, peaceful environment, clean pool, beds a little hard but we got used to them, also we had lovely neighbors. The location is perfect for exploring all parts of the island and a variety of beaches, one beach is in walking distance. They rented us a new good quality 160cc bike that carried the 3 of us around the island for over 2 weeks. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near by.

Lovely and quiet family run establishment, recommend it. Bungalow large and spacious, clean, aircon isn't right above the bed.

Room was a bit sparse, but clean. Bed was comfortable. Family owned resort they were nice and accommodating.

The pool is part of the resort across the road with only 2 sunbeds. Wifi was slow always buffering but maybe in other spots a little bit better.

We absolutely loved this place. The hotel is located in a calm and green area, but still very close to the beach and 7/11 etc. The owner family is super friendly and they will definitely help you out with anything you might need. They also have few lovely cats who are always up for some cuddles. The pool is clean and bigger than we thought. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s common that the shower is on top of the toilet, which can be a bit uncomfortable as all gets wet, but this is something you see a lot in Asia, not only in this hotel

Everything was amazing! The owners were so lovely and helpful. They literally did everything they could to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They have motorbikes available, which is is very handy. They also offer laundry service, another great bonus. The location was really good! Not too far away from places, but not too close to the noise. Highly recommend staying here!

This accommodation was really good value for money! It is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants etc. The pool looked really nice but we didn’t use it as we loved the beach so much. The room itself was big and clean. The staff were kind and helpful and we also loved the cats!

As I said before, this property was good value for money so these are things that we would expect to encounter when paying this price. - the bed was very hard but this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this in Thailand- no mosquito net and a lot of mozzies in the room - the inside of the rooms were quite old and could’ve done with some tlc. Our kettle didn’t work, our light flashed a bit etc We still really enjoyed our stay here and think it was good value
