Close to bars, restaurants and beach. Very nice personal (we had some problem in a room with water and they fix it in 20 minutes even if it was late at night). They have rent a scotter and one day travel trips. Breakfast was small but good. Would recommend for a short stay.

Old apartments, big holes in the floor, door and walls.

Nice if you want privacy, located in different spot to when you look up on the map. It's at the top of the beach. Staff are friendly and welcoming, quiet.

Don't go to rasta baby bar next door on the beach they are pirates and overpriced. Bade xperience there.Bit too expensive for experience.

The property was spacious and right by the beach. The staff were super friendly.

Friendly staff!! The lady was so lovely and taught my boyfriend how to ride the moped haha. Lovely place to stay! Right next to the beach! 7 Eleven round the corner. We will definitely be back!!

Location

The hotel rooms are untidy, and the towels are not white but bluish and tattered. The outdoor furniture is broken, the doors do not close properly, and the bedding is dirty. When showering, the entire bathroom floods, and all the faucets barely run due to rust buildup. In most hotels, water is replenished daily, but here, only two bottles were provided, with no refills the next day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A few meters away from the best beach of the island. Sea view rooms with balcony. Breakfast included. We booked the room long ago and it was really value for money. If you don't book early the price increases a lot. Scooter rental on site. Everything you need in a few minutes away( restaurants, massage 400 to 500 baht,, supermarket, information shops ). Very nice sunsets.

Furniture is a little old fashioned but the beach is in front of you. We had nothing to clean the room and especially the sand. It is very important because there is no standard room cleaning. We didn't ask for it. I suggest it is available upon request.

We loved our stay at Baan Rabieng Resort! The location is amazing, just by the beach, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Beautiful sunsets each evening. The room was nice and the terrace as well. Breakfast was also great. There's also a 7-Eleven super close. The hosts were great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Calm during the night so good sleep as well. Also great that you could keep the room cool even when away. Thank you for a lovely time! There's so many beautiful beaches around Koh Lanta, good to take a scooter and explore it.

We didn't notice that the payment would have to be made in cash. Please bring enough. Card payment would have been nice. We would also have appreciated bed side lamps.

Disappointed

Disappointed. The room is old and dirty. The shower and toilet are rusty and moldy. The towels are torn and stained. The staff is very unhappy with the request for cleaning and is lazy. There were ants in the kettle. There is garbage lying around that is never cleaned up.

It was very comfortable and the balcony was very nice and big.

The first thing that made me feel like this will not be a good stay is that even though booking reservation was to charge my card before arrival, they never did it. I messaged the hotel and they said that I can pay upon arrival by card. When we arrived there, the girl at the reception insisted that I have to pay cash even though they reassured me on booking that I can pay by card. I refused several times before they bring the POS and when they did they charged me 3% commission which was completely wrong since this was not the total on my booking reservation bill. The room was not cleaned properly and had food from previous guests which attracted the ants and all the table was full of them. They even entered the kettle. Also the way to the beach was full of trash and the place looked a lot rundown.In the room they had only one towel for each person.

Right on the beach, minutes away from restaurants, Muay Thai gym, 7-11 and cash machine! Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We’ll definitely return again

Nice service, very nice staff, very helpful, cleaned everyday if we wanted to. Nice big breakfast that is served at your room. It is really just a few steps from the beach, and it is at the end of the beach so you are almost alone. Nice location and close to all shops and restaurants

The bed was very Hard.The bathroom was a little simple and old and even if it not is dirty it feels like it,needs an update. The pictures of the place and rooms looks a little bit better than it is, especially at the beachfront. That side is not so Will taken care of.

Rooms are large and well-equipped. Lovely location with easy access to the beach which was great to walk along in the evening for sunset and then get drinks/food at one of the many bars/restaurants along the beachfront. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was of high quality, delicious and served exceptionally.

Due to being individual hut-type accommodation, there is little sound-proofing to the rooms meaning you can hear everything going on around you. This is lovely for hearing the waves on the beach but not so good for hearing people in and around the property. Would recommend ear plugs!

Everything was perfect??✨We spend our best moments of Thailand here. Special mention for Mama, the owner? was a cultural and rich local experience. We found a family there. Thanks to all the team for caring, helping, for your kindness and smiles that we keep in our heart forever. You are a part of our life. The room and the bed was comfy, next to the beach. Location is so good as well. The breakfast on the morning was perfect! You can rent scooter for a cheap price. We love you all!Hope to see you one day… ???

It was an amazing stay. You wake up with a very complete breakfast and a beautiful view on the sea. Only 1min walk from the beach, you can book directly the transfer bus or the activities at the reception with So. She was so kind and always smilling. We decided to stay longer because everything was perfect, thanks so much again!! We will never forget our trip in Koh Lanta ?

No WiFi at the room. Water everywhere in the badroom. Ants everywhere, many things broken AC DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY. Sea view was behind the bushes.

Her demeanor was unwelcoming, and her lack of assistance further exacerbated the already unpleasant experience.Poor Breakfast Service: The breakfast served at the hotel was subpar, and guests were required to collect and return for mediocre food options. This lack of proper breakfast service was disappointing and did not meet expectations.Overall, my stay was marred by rude staff, inadequate mosquito protection, unhelpful management, and subpar breakfast service.
