Clean Beach Resort

We stayed 2 nights at Clean Beach Resort and really enjoyed our time there. The bungalows were clean and comfortable, offering either a double bed or two twin beds. While there were only two power sockets by the beds and four near the TV, it was manageable for our needs.The location is ideal — right across the street from a beachfront restaurant and just steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing.The staff were lovely and accommodating. We really appreciated the early check-in and the late check-out they offered us.Mosquito repellent is a must, especially in the late afternoon and evening. Luckily, there’s a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away, along with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors within walking distance. We didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, but we enjoyed a nice café just next door.They also offer convenient transfers to and from Krabi Airport and Ao Nang in a very comfortable 9-seater van — perfect for groups. You can pay by cash at the reception counter.Highly recommended for a quiet and easy stay in Koh Lanta!

We absolutely loved these bungalows. Very clean with everything we needed. Lovely size pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The gardens are well maintained and felt as though we were in the jungle. We even seen monkeys and Monitor lizards in the river that runs through the resort. The beach is right opposite the street which you enter through the restaurant. Beautiful clean beach and lovely clear sea which you can swin in. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the street and 7 11 just around the corner (2 min walk).Our favourite beach restaurant was Ottos just left of the resort on the beach side. The staff are very friendly at this resort and were happy to book us taxis and help arrange trips. They also provide you with beach/pool towels which they clean each day.The hotel is very good value for money, I would recommend if visiting Klong Nin lanta.

Beds are firm but typical of Thianland.Bath towels have seen better days and need replacing.The fridge doors were rusty on the outside but worked OK.Because of the jungle like surroundings there are lots of mosquitoes so make sure you have lots of spray.

Excellent location, good pool, the room was cleaned well everyday

The restaurant associated with the resort kept running out of things while we were there, we wanted to eat here most days but ended up going elsewhere instead as they didn’t have the food we wanted from the menu

Love this small hotel, beautiful well cared for grounds with bungalows, across the street from one of the best beaches in Koh Lanta. Quiet, Clean, nice pool, wifi okay, AC okay, water hot and cold okay.

The room itself is good, it’s spacious and clean , though not cleaned daily. TV in the room didn’t work. The pool area is nice and it’s close to the local bars and the beach.However, the vibe was not good and it lacked any character. At reception when I asked a question or as soon as I walked up the vibe was they didn’t want you there and it was awkward and uncomfortable. I was alone with a 3 year old, a pram, and a suitcase and as the girl walked me to my room she just met me struggle with everything and didn’t offer to help. I booked a twin but when I arrived I asked to change to a double. I asked was the price the same and they said yes so I paid. I went and checked and the price was not the same, I should have been charged less. I said to them and after 10 mins of the family standing around me and discussing it and questioning me, and clearly not happy about it they did give me the difference back. This place has potential but they really need to look at their customer service and the experience for the customer.I left after my 2 nights and went back to the place I had come from 10 minutes away which was friendly and helpful and had a good atmosphere, which sadly this place did not.

Amazing location right by the beach with a restaurant next to the sand. Lovely pool. Nice bungalow style accommodation in the trees, feels a bit like you’re in the jungle which we enjoyed. The staff were lovely and helpful. They dropped of fresh water every morning and cleaned the room whenever we asked.

The whole place did feel a little bit run down. Not an issue at all for us and in fact we quite liked the rustic style. The photographs of the room show a television but ours didn’t work and staff seemed confused when we asked about it.

Beautiful, jungle-like resort area. Great beach just across the road. The Deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool area was small but quiet.

Breakfast was very simple. There was no space to hang towels or wet clothes in the room.

The bungalow itself was very tidy and well maintained.

The noise from the nearby road was annoying and breakfast was very limited.

Amazing resort and swimming pool. Unique in the middle of the nature (monkeys were around). Staff really kind and flexib

Nice clean, long and sandy beach was just across the street. They offer beach towels. Enough chairs by pool and beach so we always got one. Cute cats on the premise. 7eleven and a lot of restauranrs very close by.

Breakfast is exactly the same every day and has limited options. The bridge looks a bit old and dangerous.

Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location

As somebody living in Thailand since 2002 I can confidently say this resort was substantially overpriced. The swimming pool tiles had fallen off with many loose and some fallen into the water. Room was basic and needs updating, bathroom was old and poorly designed. Breakfast was very basic for a resort charging this price.

All good, just across from the beach, a bit expensive but it’s peak season now. Only a few lingers on the beach and around the pool

Nice hotel and the beach & restaurant are across the street. The rooms are nice and spacious. Great facilities and everything is less than 5 minutes walk, even yoga. Best beach!

The bathroom and room needs a fix-up. Very rusty and even some mold.

The location at Koh Lanta is really great. You are at a quit area with a lot of great food opportunities. What import is to know and you don’t see on the pictures is that the facility is not directly connected to the beach. The big street is in between. This also applies for the restaurant.

The swimming pool was not safe. The tiles are coming of the wall and laying on the ground in the pool. They leave this in the pool even after cleaning the pool.The breakfast is not fresh. Things that should be warm are cold and they serve instant coffee what is not fresh. The breakfast is across the street what is in a separate restaurant. Please be aware that you cannot drink alcohol at this restaurant.There are new and old cabins. Most of the pictures show only the new ones of course. The beachfront you see is at the restaurant and not at the “resort”. There are just a few sun beds at the pool and at the beach place, which were not enough for all the hotel guests. The general cleaning needs improvement. We had a lot of hairs from the previous guests. We had to ask everyday for new small towels because the forgot it everyday again. The closets were really dirty when we entered and we had to clean them ourselves. The bed, matras was extremely hard!!

Nice bedroom and bathroom, clean and with space. The location in the middle of the island is ideal to visit it ! But you must be equiped with a scooter. The resort offer it at a good price, as well as the activities. Very nice personal.

No hot water, and the TV was not working. The lock of the door was very hard.

Location was great. Private entrance room set in a forested garden area. Very quiet we had a room at the back.

Shower wasn't great, it was rusty and not much pressure.

Just across the street of the beach. Nice pool and lovely green garden. Nice rooms, lovely little bungalows. Nice beach facing restaurants down the road.

Sadly our sheets were dirty on the first night. We also had very brown water. The staff kindly changed our room. The water in the new room was clear but tasted strange so we did not brush our teeth with it. The hotel own the restaurant across the street which is on the beach, sadly whilst we were on Koh Lanta the beaches throughout the island had a lot of rubbish.

Lovely resort with own restaurant, directly near one of the best beaches on Ko Lanta. Clean cottages, situated in a tropical garden - a treasure for nature lovers. Spacious pool. Friendly helpful staff. I will definitely come again.

The staff were so lovely, breakfast was good and the beach was just across the road. 7-Eleven was just a few minutes walk. Anything you need from food to island hopping packages to massages are around the corner. Memorable stay for me and my family!

The units were quite elevated with big stairs, not very accessible.
