Great location near the beach

The pillows were super big making it very uncomfortable. Had a super sore neck all the days we stayed there.

A beautiful location at the end of the road. Very quiet and peaceful. Only a few steps away from the beach, and Mr Wee's restuarant. Very secluded and felt in nature. However, a 10 minute walk took you to the main road. Room was massive and so was the bed. Fridge, kettle, safe and great air con.

Blackout curtains would be helpful

Great location, 30 second walk to the beach, accessible to a ton of places to eat and get groceries near by, only slight downside is Google maps tries to take you there by a road that does not exist, you just have to take a turn a bit earlier to get there. The room was nothing fancy, but the hot water worked, air conditioner worked well, bed was comfortable enough, the blinds blocked the light and everything was sufficiently clean. Would not hesitate in booking here again.

Fantastic stay! Owners were really friendly and helpful, booked moped through them too which was ideal. Fantastic location, recommend getting moped as that is Koh Lanta and you need one to get around but food, shops and beach is all walking distance from Arrow House. Could have stayed longer and would stay again

I have stayed here many times before and the best is the location, quiet and very close to the beach and restaurants.

The furniture can use an upgrade, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and especially the cleanliness is not what it used to be. I stayed 5 nights and got water and toile paper once, had to ask for it another day. After 3 days I would expect my room would be cleaned and maybe change the towels, but that was not the case. I would come back again, as I really lile this place, but would be nice if the place is better well-kept.

You can rent motobikes on site. Run by family business.

The toilet had a bad flushing system, it wouldn't flush right away, took few flushes to actually get rid of all. The pillows were too hard.

It's not on the beach per se (no view) but it's pretty close. However there's no chairs or anything. That's about it.

It was windy, and since the "Please clean the room" sign kept getting blown away, they never cleaned the room in the 5 days I stayed there. They just literally stepped over the sign that fell on the ground and put some water bottles and TP by the door. They apparently did that to every other bungalow.There weren't any screens on the always-open window in the bathroom so bugs were a problem.The mattress was pretty stiff and I'm pretty sure it once had bed bugs (you could see the telltale black spots).

The staff was great. They were helpful, and supportive. I had stomach problems during my stay but my family really enjoyed the location in front of the beach, easy access to restaurants and laundry and travel agents all walking distance (which in Lanta is difficult to find).

That I didn't get to enjoy it because I was sick (but my family did). . Also, you're staying in a remote island, so set your expectations, anything I didn't like was because it's a remote jungle island.

Location was great, just close to the Long Beach.Bungalow was fine and bathroom just ok. Just perfect when you plan on staying most of the time on the beach and activities.

We were not told when we came that they clean up our room only if we put the clean up sign on the door. So after wondering three days we asked and got cleaning and changing towels and sheets

Great location, a short walk to the beach. The staff were really friendly. Room was comfortable - air con and WiFi worked well. Note that the google maps location is incorrect - it is actually located at the end of Travellers Lane. Local taxis seem to know this but if you’re coming yourself put Mr Wee into the GPS.

Bathroom was functional but very basic - it worked though. The doors all jam and don’t seal - we sprayed bug spray around the outer door and this seemed to keep the insects at bay but could be an easy fix.

Location is neary to the long beach and no breakfast provide but you can find it nearby, but i will recommand to rent motobike to looking for more option if you really care about breakfast/lunch/dinner

The bad is a bit soft

Very nice hotel, near the Beach, the room are spacious. The team was very nice, thank you Ti.

The bungalows were very close to a beautiful beach. It was also right by a very chilled beach bar/restaurant. The ambience was very calm and no noise. Originally booked a short stay in a room, but upgraded to a bungalow and stayed a fair bit longer. The staff was very helpful especially Ti but all of them went out of their way to help us when needed

Stayed in bungalow for 1 week. Good location, can walk direct to the beach, quiet area.

100m through garden to beach

Excellent location, literally 50m away from the beach. Clean and big rooms, even have a big dresser table, which you can use as a desk if you need to work. Plenty of shops nearby on the main street, hotel was in nice quiet location but super close to the beach. Mr.Wee restuarant, Mr. Pad Thai very close, if you would like to get a food.Friendly and helpful staff, very good wifi, even for working.

Fantastic location only a few seconds from the beach front. Bed was comfy and room was spacious with lots of space, storage and a safe you could use. Reception was super lovely and very helpful. Helped to book a taxi to pick us up from the pier when our ferry arrived and a transfer back to Krabi airport when we left. Also hired a moped from them for 200THB per day and there’s a pretty fast laundry service on site for 40THB per kilo. Lots to do nearby and the beach front is beautiful with some nice restaurants close by.

Some bits of the room were a little dirty and there were quite a few bugs about (as expected from the islands). We sprayed some bug killer spray about the room that you can buy in most convenience stores and that stopped them from getting in mostly. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily and no fresh towels given but water and extra toilet roll left outside the room instead. TV is very outdated and didn’t work. We went for the very basic room and it was very comfortable but don’t expect super luxury. However for the price and location I would say it’s very affordable and good value for money.

Not their fault but google maps will mislead you on how to get there, it's actually from Traveller Lne.

A few more direction signs. We were dropped off nearby. And had a little difficulty finding the reception.

We stayed in King Room Sea View. It was one of the largest rooms Ive ever stayed in a hotel. Very clean. Very comfortable. Two air conditioners in the room. Very quiet. Tee in reception was very kind and helpful.
