Staff location and breakfast

The location of this hotel is amazing. The walk at low tide almost out to the island by it is fabulous. There are plenty of restaurants about an10 minute walk away with many of them on the water so the views while dining are awesome. There are a few laundry places on the road to the resort which is helpful. The staff are great and were able to help us with transport to Krabi airport. We had an early morning pickup so they made us a Togo breakfast to take with us!

The other guests at the hotel reserve pool chairs with towels and then don’t return for hours. It seems like the pool area is shared with the resort next store so chairs are at a premium.

The location and staff were amazing. We only met kind locals and staff. We enjoyed the hotel a lot. We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer.

Due to high season the prices was equally high and usually not adequate for a 3 star hotel. But those are the market forces. Accepted :)

The location - convenient for catching the ferry

While overall the breakfast was very good, it was predominantly western/international food

The swimming pool and the access to the beach was amazing. My recommendation for people considering this hotel is to pick the rooms next to the swimming pool because they are more modern with better mattresses. The best thing about the hotel is the outdoor. Ia truly amazing. But the rooms in the old part of the resort are not great.

The mattress was really hard in the old part of the property. They should invest in modernizing those rooms.

The room had a great view. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The location was peaceful and mostly quiet.

Breakfast is good, close to the beach and town

AC’s weren’t working properly and bathrooms are old. Staff not very friendly.

Pool is long good for swim , breakfast is good , location is good which is closed to the peir if you need to travel by ferry for other island.

Beach not the best but not bad . There are may other beaches way better than this saladan beach.The wooden bed is noisy when i move there was always noise . Please fix this room 2202 . You will thank me for this.

Lovely staff, nice area around hotel, hotel backed on to beach, close to walking street, bars, shops and restaurants Air conditioning was not to noisy, bed was comfortable.breakfast was the usual Thai/western selection.

Our room although ok the bathrooms let it down the tiles were all broken and the toilet seat was all gouged, the towels were also well used very thin and grey colour instead of fluffy white.At breakfast milk was warm and the coffee was not good.

The value for money is excellent. The staff were extremely friendly - the pool and beach access is ideal and you can easily spend a day here.

The only minor point I would suggest is giving the whole hotel a revamp; lick of paint, few extra pool chairs, new towels etc.

The view , 5 min. Walking distance to night market, laundry facilities , bank ect.

No elevator, extremely hot in stairs wells . Need more air circulation in the breakfast area.

Great location, near to walking street and nice restaurants on stilts. Lovely pool area. Good breakfast.

Pool is warm. Beds are hard. Best to book a seaview room as garden view just looks out onto a mass of trees.

The staff are this resort’s greatest asset, very one of them. Smiling, friendly and very helpful. We moved rooms away from the swimming pool area into the older building overlooking the sea/estuary, where the views were incredible and it was so peaceful and quiet. The room was a bit older, but the views made up for it.

The only down side was the very hard beds, but the lovely cleaners soon organised mattress toppers for us. The swimming pool area hasn’t enough sun beds, those it does have are out of bounds for anyone who isn’t up at the crack of dawn, people rushing out to put towels on them and they keep those beds all day. The pool is small and people just stand in there talking. The other pool by the building is cooler and better for swimming, but hardly any sun beds and never any available.

No beach

the facilities, location, people

the breakfast was short and the food not very fresh, my stomach was not very good after the breakfasts.

Lovely scenery of the ocean. Huge balcony. Nice display of morning breakfast buffet. Nice room. Poolwas great. Minus tide in the morning and evening so you can walk way out there. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. We stayed 3 days. Took a great snorkeling tour out to Koh Rok and Koh Ha.
