Lanta Beachfront Resort

Great staff, everybody playing with our baby, don’t think there was one person that didn’t hold him at least once :D The garden was awesome as well, right before the beach.

Bathrooms could use a bit of improvement, maybe a shower wall, a bigger sink and some shelfs to put your stuff on, but nothing that would impact negatively our stay.

Lots of animals around. A cat kept trying to get into our room.

Lovely clean room. Pretty gardens great service from Nando Grace and the team. Value for money ,great location to get out and about to walk to restaurants. The restaurant there serves nice meals too.Perfect spot to watch the sunset and have a nice beach walk .Lovely shaded areas everywhere to sit and enjoy the sea view .I would book again.Thank you

Comfortable and clean bungalows with ac. Easy going owners, no problems with late checkout and arranged motorbikes. Very welcoming.

Music at night at the beach but in bungalow no problem, very soft.

Perfect location. Waking up and going to sleep to the sounds of the waves was so special. Nando, the owner, could not have been more hospitable, friendly or fun. Loved every minute and didn’t want to leave

Nothing at all

We had a great stay at Lanta Beach Resort, and would definitely go back! Rooms were great, very clean. The staff were friendly and location was perfect for exploring the island, as well as having to great places to eat within walking distance.

The location is fantastic. Close to so many restaurants, massage places and bars. We loved the food and drinks at the hotel and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The honeymoon suite was so lovely and right on the beach. We work up every morning and looked out onto the beach.

The Mushroom Bar does stay up late and is rather loud. This is so unfortunate. We were able to sleep from the day in the sun and water but does ruin the ambience at night. Our first room before we moved into the honeymoon suite had the shower in the middle of the bathroom, so the bathroom was always pretty damp. That room was a little sterile feeling with the fluorescent feeling lights and white tile.

The bathroom layout wasn’t great, a wet room with the shower first and drain behind the toilet. It did dry fairly quick though. The toilet flushing was very weak and quite bad. We did ask about this on the first night to the man at the bar who came and looked and said it was ok, but it didn’t improve really, I wasn’t sure if this was just the plumbing of the area or our toilet specifically.On booking.com description it says the resort offers car rental, when we asked about this they said they don’t and to find somewhere else- which we did so it’s fine but may be best to update this description

Wonderful 4 nights here. Nando the owner made us feel so welcome, introduced himself when we arrived to check everything was ok and greeted us every morning at breakfast! Grace was also wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. We were also given an upgrade as we were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Quieter part of Koh Lanta but easy to get a tuk tuk to walking street area. Lovely beach, nice local restaurants!

The women at the reception were very rude! Never seen such a rude person in thailand.

The owner was a very kind man who helped us arrange last minute transportation back to Bangkok. He even memorized the guests names! Very impressed by their hospitality and efforts! It was also a great location, clean and great value for the resort!

We loved the location on the beach, the pool was so nice, made the trip so perfect, and we appreciated the owner who was super friendly and made the stay even better

The property was lovely and clean, big bed, really comfortable mattress and pillows , air conditioning walk in wet room. Beautiful.

Nothing it was great

The most amazing stay at Lanta. Fabulous staff and the most beautiful location. Bungalows are basic but clean and comfy. I will definitely be back I loved it.

The resort was clean, and our unit was conveniently close to the beach. Staff interactions were pleasant and professional. However, a mushroom music bar next door plays extremely loud music with heavy bass until 1 AM or later which made it hard to relax. This wasn’t the peaceful beachfront experience we were looking for in Ko Lanta. We ended up leaving early and had to pay a penalty, which was frustrating considering the price. Surprised more reviews don’t mention this issue. it was acknowledged when we left that they could not control the issue .

Plenty of towels, cleanliness and lots of bottled water.

The staff were magic - Nandi, Chris and Grace. So helpful, engaged and kind. Very relaxed and easy living.

Shower base, which is being changed this year we understand.very relaxing, ‘at home’ sort of place, along a golden strip of sand…..massages available.

Our room was lovely. Spacious and clean with air con. Bathroom a good size old fashioned Thai bathroom, clean and functional.Breakfast excellent and served all day which is wonderful. Food very good.Loved the bar literally on the beach under shade of gorgeous big tree.Staff very friendly.Owner Nando so very hospitable and nothing too much for his guests.Will definitely be back and stay longer!

The beach location was so gorgeous. A paradise to spend lazy days. With easy access to lots of restaurants and shops/local stallsThe bar was great serving lots of fruit smoothies as well as alcohol. And what a place to sit and watch the amazing sunsetsThe staff were ALL, without exception, brilliant - polite, funny, friendly but always professional. Nothing was too much trouble.The rooms were simple but practical and had everything you needed. Beds very comfortable. And the 'veranda' was lovely to sit in the evening.The grounds were very well maintained and beautiful with a fabulous little swimming pool

Close to the sea, nice garden and the owner seems nice.

The bathroom was a nightmare and when we arrived, the toilet was clogged. The receptionist told us to use the toilet in the reception, but unfortunately it was closed at night. Bed sheets and towels had some stains.Considering the price the room was a little bit disappointing.
