Ocean View Resort

We found the check-in easy and the young man working the desk was very friendly helpful and spoke good English which made it easy to communicate. The pool was nice they kept it clean and there was a fair amount of pool chairs to sit in. The location is right on the beach so you can walk from your bungalow to the pool and straight out to the beach that was nice. There is a restaurant on site which is good if you just want to grab a beverage or some food so having food right by the pool was good also.Rooms were clean.

For us it was right on the main road and that was fine for the most part but at night the road noise was not pleasant which isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel itself but the road noise was loud and whatever bar close by and the loud EDM music at night was not a good combination with the road noise. Again not the resorts fault but for us made it hard to sleep. I think they should clean up the green area for a more pleasant atmosphere and clean up the area between the office and the restaurant as it seems to be an area where people Park and some of the junk gets dumped there.

First off all, the friendly people, the good restaurant and the location with a great number of beach restaurants nearby. Special thanks to the nice manager of the hotel; very pro active and friendly.

The resort is set right on the beach, we booked a beach view room which looked directly onto the beach. The gardens are vast and very beautiful but need a little TLC. They have a very nice pool which is clean and well paved. The staff Ying and her husband were very helpful during our stay. The resort is next door to a bar and restaurant which serves food and drink most days and a massage shop is situated at the front. It is also directly opposite a very secure bank and not far from a 7/ 11. The rooms are basic but clean and adequate for a stay. I would definitely recommend for a short- medium stay. A fantastic location for the beach and restaurant

The location was perfect, set on the beach for some stunning sunsets. Room was ideal, love the tiles on the floor, kept the room cool during the hot days. The Koala bar next door did some great food but the Walking market was amazing. Great food from just 10bt so a must go.

The bathrooms were very poor ,no towels ,no hanging space , toilet didn't flush . The shower was very, very weak.

We loved our stay here!! The hotel is right on the beach so you don’t have to choose between the pool or the beach! Staff were nice and breakfast was included!! Room was fine, basic but all we needed. Loved it definitely exceeded expectations

Was a little bit far away from walking street etc where there’s more restaurants but it wasn’t an issue for us to be honest it’s easy enough to get tuktuks

The hotel has a clean and nice pool and is close to the beach. The staff was amazing when I forgot my AirPods in the room.I contacted the hotel, and they searched for it twice and shipped it to me in Krabi the next day; they had a very nice staff.

The situation next to the beach and the swimming pool. Trees to shade under. Massage on the beach was good. Good breakfast included in the price. Helpful and pleasant staff. Scooter rental.

Rooms, facilities and decor a little dated.

Very nice property, located right on the beach, only the beach area in front of the property cannot be used in the morning because the water recedes and some "dunes" remain on the shore. At noon, the water comes and covers those formations and I saw people in the water in that area, but I didn't try. I preferred a walk on the beach and chose a place where the water was clear and of an extremely beautiful color.Beautiful room, daily cleaning, towels changed, bed made daily, linen changed.Breakfast served next to the properties in a kind of gazebo, overlooking the sea.

The room I stayed in had windows facing the road, as a result there was constant noise, including at night scooters passing on the road, which make an infernal noise in the silence of the night, especially since the door to the balcony and the windows were not sealed. So the night's sleep was quite little.The bathroom has a shower located next to the toilet, the shower space not being delimited (there is no shower cubicle or curtain), the water from the shower spreads practically throughout the bathroom, including the toilet.When paying by bank card (which I don't even think can actually be done, I was presented with an option whereby the management of the property has changed, the documents are not finalized and there is no POS yet) the payment of the amount on the booking plus 3% is requested which is the bank's commission for card payment at the POS (I have nothing against it, only that this is not specified anywhere in the reservation, being an unpleasant news that you get at the reception).Unfortunately, only European breakfast was served, when I asked why I couldn't have an Asian breakfast, I was told that most of the guests are European and this is the type of breakfast they choose.

Location was great, right on beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly. Lovely family run hotel.

Bed was a little hard for our liking, but others may prefer that.

We had a villa on the beach and it was amazing! Calm area with good restaurants (Koala Bar is fantastic) and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for those looking for a stay far from parties but still with a bit of a buzz.

The pool and beach are great. So is the lounging area, with a big shady tree.

The breakfast area is kind of bleak and utilitarian.

Food was OK, just minimalistic, not much to choose from, the host was extremly friendly, her son took me to the best pad thai in whole Koh Lanta

Really friendly staff and great location near the beach

We had a room close to the road that was rather noisy. There was a balcony but not much of an "ocean view"(overlooking the road) . The bungalows closer to the beach looked like better location.The room had seen better days.. Needed some paint work and the bathroom door was hard to close

The stuff are very nice and helpful with a big smile every time. Our rooms were cleaned every day and it made a big difference with all the sand that comes in daily. We were given mineral water every day too.

The Staff is really nice even in koala bar, really kind.They can help you for everything et try to make you holidays better.There is many accommodation for child as well.The price is not expensive than other hotel.I Recommended!Thank you for every thing.
