Great location between Saladan and the other areas of interest on Ko Lanta.Checking in was easy and hassle free.Swimming pool was nice and clean and the staff cleaned the rooms everyday. Would definitely stay again.

Loved having a view of the ocean, we weren’t expecting that being so far back from the coast, but our room was up high enough to see the ocean from the balcony. The room was very nice and very clean, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. It was a very enjoyable 5 night stay.

Despite cleaning and treatment every day, the pool got dirty very quickly and with small bits of trash and dead bugs. Swimming in it wasn’t great but still perfectly fine.

Big, spacious and bright room and perfect for a couple. Nice balcony, great for hanging stuff to dry, everything was clean in the room as well as in the bathroom. One free bottle of water every day, comfortable bed, good AC. Having a pool was great! The pool was clean, it has a deep and not so deep area, so it's good for swimmers and non-swimmers. We would have loved to stay longer than 2 days!

No breakfast option, no hooks on the walls to hang stuff. Wifi connection was semi-good, not the best. We had a gecko in the room and he was loud in the night making noises which woke us up but we didn't mind the gecko itself.

The pool is great and the room was very nice, as we were on top floor we had an exceptional view. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We loved the staff, especially Kin on the reception team, she was wonderful and made us feel so welcome! It's convenient location, right beside 7/11 and short walk to beach. There is jungle behind the resort which we loved as made us feel connected to the island and nature. We saw some monkeys and huge geckos and beautiful birds. It was a great stay overall and much better value than some of the more expensive places on the island.

It was a shame how little maintenance had been done, and we were there in high season. The toilets by the pool appeared not have been cleaned for a long time and there was a few piles of random stuff dumped in places around the grounds which could easily have been tidied away and more cleaning should be done of the shared spaces. I would still recommend the hotel, as I think the maintenance did not impact our enjoyment of the stay. Hopefully the owner has enough reviews say the same as me, so that they invest some money to repairs and upkeep. Then it would be even better!

Hotel is set back from the busy road. The room is decent & comfortable and literally huge. The pool is clean. Large balcony, definitely opt for sea view if available. The open character of the hotel means wildlife is abundant. Geckos, tokay, birds, prayingmantis, beetles, frogs galore. So if you are skittish, this place is not for you. Plenty of parking.

Outside of the room maintenance is nonexistent. There are some dirty areas with bags of trash, old furniture etc lying around the halls. There is almost no staff. No restaurant. But plenty on the main road.

you can tell it was nice 10-20 years ago, but the place is a bit grubby, the areas dirty, I wouldn’t even advise going to ko lanta at all there’s very little to do there and it’s a mess, the hotel staff weren’t very nice either

There was no water pressure and in the last day there was no water.

The pools is amazing, clean and big. Rooms are also good size.

We didn’t have warm water in the room, we asked staff everyday to fix it and someone would come in say it’s fixed and the water was still cool. There was also no kettle in the room. There is also a lot of lizards around and when we were there there was a bat flying in the reception area every night. The internet is also not the best in the rooms.

Sunset Seaview spacious rooms, clean swimming pool, very good location, helpful staff. Close to 7-eleven, good massage salon with not young but experienced ladies. Restaurants on the street and on the beach.

Some facilities need to be renovated. For example, last time I saw no flat TV many years ago.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Anadana Lanta Resort in Koh Lanta, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. This resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice.The room itself was okay, however, the real horror began when I discovered bedbugs infesting the bed.Despite bringing this serious issue to the attention of the front desk, the management's response was shockingly inadequate. They showed a complete lack of concern for my well-being, offering no apologies or immediate solutions. Instead, I was told that they could only refund me for one night, as if spending even a single night in a bedbug-infested room was acceptable.The bites I endured from the bedbugs were not only painful but also resulted in severe itching and discomfort. It's disheartening to think that a supposedly reputable resort would subject its guests to such unhygienic and unsafe conditions. The management's dismissive attitude towards my predicament only added insult to injury. I showed them my bites and the only thing they did was check the room for ants and change the bedding. They could not find any ants in the room. In conclusion, my stay at Anadana Lanta Resort was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of bedbugs and unhelpful management made for an utterly miserable experience. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this resort and explore alternative accommodations in Koh Lanta that prioritize guest comfort and safety.

The location was good, close to a 7-11 and easy reach to the beach! The air conditioning was good and we got a bathtub in the room.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom and some insects in the room and corridor. Feels desolate and isolated where small lizards and wildlife starts to inhibit.

enjoyed the view and the rooms were really clean and over all it was good because the staff were lovely and did everything they could to help

shower was broken, but then they changed the shower head and it worked. That said though there was no hot (or even tepid) water
