The staff--were amazing. So helpful in booking tours and recommending restaurants and activities.

The property is really clean and i was able to sleep like a baby honestly.. the room we received was lovely and everything was functional in it..The location of the hotel is really good, close to the market, close to the beach (2 minute walk), close to really good massage spot (2 minutes walk) and unlimited choices of food options to your left and right!

We felt like we were being watched every time we came in or out by the bike guy outside!When my partner looked for his passport back as we were checking out the owner handed him the wrong passport he explained that it wasn’t his and she went searching for his eventually found it but passports should be kept safer than that and not be handed out to the wrong people

So great!! Spent a week here - best shower in our travels such good pressure and hot. Owner is really nice & rooms are super spacious and clean. Location is a little far out but only a 10 min drive on tuk tuk to walking street. Also 2 mins away from the outdoor cinema which is cool. Overall very good value for money & surrounded by very good restaurants - if you stay here please do yourself a favour and eat at “The Kitchen” for great Thai food.

We have stayed here 2 times now & loved it both times! The staff are lovely & the lady at the front desk is always helpful & polite. This is the cleanest place I have stayed in Thailand it’s immaculate. If you have a back facing room you can sometimes see monkeys

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - a few minutes walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms were clean and comfortable, they were cleaned and we were given water and coffee refills every day. Would highly recommend Lanta Mermaid

The Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the beach, to 7 Eleven, and many cute cafes and restaurants. We loved staying there :D The seaview rooms allow you to watch the sunset from your room which was really nice!

The rooms with seaview are next to the street and it can get a bit noisy, but at night the street is more quiet so it didn't bother us while sleeping.

It was a decent room fairly clean but could be better due to the small amount of rooms in the resort more time could be spent making it look better. It was nice to have a little gift waiting in the room and it was spacious with lots of storage.

The staff didn’t seem very friendly. Little english and they made us pay in cash at the beginning rather than card that was on the system due to “system issues” which seems like it’s always a problem after reading the reviews properly. I think it wasn’t worth the money we paid but did the job. I didn’t expect it to be so small it felt a bit awkward and you aren’t allowed to wear shoes inside so have to leave them outside or carry them which is annoying. I also found that the little town near the resort wasn’t very much to do. But this isn’t a reflection on the resort. However, the resort could’ve been put to better use as well so much room to have a pool or garden space.

Room was nice and large with a big bed and a balcony looking towards the mountains. As we were at the back of the hotel it was quiet.

Small table on the balcony would have been good for our drinks.No hair dryer.

Friendly staff and a decent room. The location on the main road is quite noisy. Our room was in the front overlooking the street and we heard motorbikes all night long. They provided a good breakfast (for those that booked a room that included breakfast-if not, you could pay 250 baht to get one which is a bit high). No pool or much outdoor lounging space which was a pity at this room rate. It's across the street from the beach-only about 200m away.

Great stay overall! Spent four nights here and had a good experience. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly, and it’s super convenient that you can rent a scooter and do laundry on-site. Would stay again :)

Nice clean confy. Very good quality hotel, but a bit expensive for thailand ( we booked here last moment cause our other reservation somewhere else was canceled)

Just on the road, so kind of noisy ( even if soundproof windows).Not on the sea at all.( its not far, but i felt like the description and the photos can induce to think that we are on the beach)

Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable during our stay. Spacious room. Provided ample water, some fruit and local sweets. Helped us manage an illness and accident (not caused by them). Beach just a short walk away. Awesome eateries nearby for dinner.

Considering our room rate cost, breakfast was extra and a bit expensive compared to other nearby eateries.Other hotels in Thailand were cheaper for us and included breakfast.

Room is very clean and staff is very friendly.I used laundry service a couple of times it came back very nicely.Room was face to busy road but I was enjoying to see it.
