Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice looking pool. Located right on the beach.

Some of the free weights in the gym were broken. It was not a good look. Repair and refresh work looks amateurish.

Absolutely incredible, there are truly no words! Amazing location — end of the beach so very quiet but walking distance from other spots. Great value, facilities, breakfast etc. The staff made it extra special!!

The staff were AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They took the time to personalize our stay and provided top notch service. The facilities are beautiful with several thoughtful touches.

The staff was wonderful, very attentive and the ratio of stuff to guests was great. Room was huge, felt very premium and the views and the resort quality was fantastic.

The food was really not good, not just the western food but the Thai food and even the cocktails. Breakfast was especially poor. Given the price of the resort I would expect more. They should definitely focus on improving food quality with better staff and quality ingredients.

We had the most incredible stay at Nirvana for the last three nights of our holiday. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind by the beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. A special shout-out to Dadar, whose kindness and warmth made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight – beautifully presented, delicious, and with so many options to choose from. Our villa was beyond anything we had imagined. It was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the housekeeping team were so friendly and thoughtful, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay.The team arranged everything seamlessly, from booking a scooter to explore the island to organising a private shuttle to the airport. Nirvana is a true slice of paradise, where every detail is taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an unforgettable beach escape.

Can't fault this place. We loved it . The staff were great all over from bar to reception . Scooter higher was easy , Great cocktails, and the lovely breakfast choice and quality was very good . The location was great, and the view was amazing from the deluxe room and from the pool area . Nice use of the kayaks to go in the sea . Gutted wasted 3 nights in Phuket before we got here .

Right on the beach with an amazing pool and bar. The room was amazing - jacuzzi tub on the veranda. Lovely large bed. Staff were very helpful and smiley.

Nothing everything was great

Everything, the place is absolutely beautiful I sadly only stayed one night for my partners birthday but already planning to return and do longer here. It’s beautiful, from the interior to the food it’s just everything! The staff go above and beyond

The only thing I can say is the noise coming from our room.. but nothing we can do about animals so nothing to do with hotel

The staff were lovely. Room was kept clean and decorated especially for our wedding anniversary.

There were a lot of steps! But this wasn’t a huge issue - and also allowed for great views from the upper parts of the hotel.

Wonderful staff, comfortable room, sea view, pleasant well cared for pool area, quiet beach, well-tended gardens, excellent breakfasts overlooking the sea.

hard to recall anything I didn’t like, it’s a magnet for couples, saw very few solo travellers during my stay which if you’re solo may or may not be something to consider

There are a lot of restaurants and bars on the beach, the beach is nice. Staff are very nice, smiling and trying to help.

The rooms needs updating, the pool has loud music most of the day.

A true exit and the ocean view is nothing but amazing, staff is really welcoming and and very supportive the place is peaceful by all means

Beautiful property and wonderful attentive staff.Slight walk to shops but could hire a scooter cheaply from the hotel reception, so not a problem.I would definitely go back if visiting again x

When we arrived there was no one helping us with the luggage. One staff was telling us where to park the car then disappeared. We saw one luggage staff was playing on the phone. The room was clean, new furnished but I found the bed was hard. We had the issue with the pressure of the water coming out from the shower that was very low almost none, and no hot shower. The breakfast was poor, staffs were stressed and lack of training. When we arrived, it was the Songkran day staffs were drinking Chang Beers by the pool and dancing with very loud music. It was very disturbing music. Staffs should have the proper training and standard at this hotel. I will not come back and I will not recommend anyone that I know to stay here.

Absolutely stunning resort! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept. We booked a room with sea view, so worth it, breathtaking view! We had an absolutely unforgettable stay, can't recommend this place enough!

A hotel nestled in its own strip of beach. There is immediate access to the beach, and a very big and comforting pool that resides right on the beach. The rooms have a great view and the second room we stayed at had a very nice jacuzzi in the balcony. The food was OK. The staff spoke fluent English and was very hospitable.

The price is not worth the facilities. The first room we stayed in for which we paid about 250 dollars I would expect for a bigger room, and there was a tattered bath tub inside the room instead of an actual jacuzzi that was seen from the pictures on the website. The balcony's door had a hole in it that was not closed entirely after you close the door, so we had many mosquitoes in the room and thus slept poorly. The prices of all drinks in the bar are extremely expensive in comparison, and the gym was very small without air conditioning. The second room we switched to was a lot better, but the bathroom was an open bathroom without doors and that is quite inconvenient. If you want to luxuriate in a fancy and big hotel, this is not quite it. It is also quite far from restaurants, supermarkets and other things you might need.
