    • I love this Hotel , it's a special little place in a beautiful village.comfortable rooms , delicious breakfast and amazing spa .The staff is so friendly and caring.
    • First of all, we liked the hotel's rooms, which were designed like a classical Greek house, and how they were arranged in a very useful way and were incredibly clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel manager Mr. Drosos and the incredibly delicious breakfast of Marsha. I would like to thank both of them very much. Hope to see you as soon as possible.
    • Amazing architecture, great restoration works, excellent breakfast, super super kind and helpful staff, sparkling clean!!! All guests should try the signature hamam experience!

    Cons -

    • Everything was great!
    • The first issue was that we realized upon arrival that breakfast was not included to our reservation. We asked about breakfast options for 7 people and a baby, and arranged breakfast at the hotel for the next day. A friendly hotel staff prepared a nice breakfast for us, but because she was the only person serving for a crowd, it was difficult to accommodate all 7 orders at once. Not everyone could get their order at the same time. (Also no high chair for the baby...) This is clearly a management choice and not the staff's fault. Therefore, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the remaining days. The second issue was that our 1.5-year-old son is a picky eater and since we couldn’t prepare his usual breakfast , he started only eating bread for breakfast in the mornings and refused all our attempts to get him eat some cheese and eggs. So we decided to kindly ask something from the hotel for him. Due to limited options in the village, we asked if we could use the kitchen to make banana pancakes for our son ourselves, using our own ingredients and paying for a breakfast for one the rest of our days at the hotel. The manager gave a negative response, suggesting he can only arrange some yogurt for our son instead. When I explained that yogurt wouldn’t suffice, he said he can't call the lady to come prepare breakfast for just one person. So we asked that If we hadn’t booked the entire villa and had only one room at the hotel, would we receive the same response? Besides, we were not informed of this rule when we checked into the hotel. After a bit of argument , the manager made the necessary arrangements for our son the next day. No one was present on the second day. The manager said he thought our request was only for one day. I clarified that it was not the case and asked if breakfast could be prepared for the next day which is our last day. He said that the lady who prepares the breakfast can come only if she is available.
    • There was a center ventilation/aircon unit in the room that could not be stopped and was a bit noisy.

In the peaceful village of Eressos, Eressian spa hotel is a wonderfully renovated and thoughtfully designed hotel. We chose this beautiful hotel for our family vacation that we do every year. We booked all the rooms and closed the whole villa. Our family includes members ranging from 1.5 years old to 80 years old, and it was a very comfortable choice for everyone. The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive. There’s nothing to criticize about the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. However, we encountered a few management problems during our vacation.

The first issue was that we realized upon arrival that breakfast was not included to our reservation. We experienced an extremely relaxing stay at this wonderfully run boutique hotel. We were looked after so well, made to feel at home. had a lovely facial. Situated in a beautiful spot in Eressos. Thankyou for the great experience and hope to see you in May?

Beautifull restaurated old house, tasteful furnitures with a mixture of authenthic and modern. Very friednly and helpful employees, good breakfast. Center location in the village. As we were a bit disturbed by the noisy aircon, we were changed without issues to the suite where this problem was less present.

There was a center ventilation/aircon unit in the room that could not be stopped and was a bit noisy.

New facility very friendly staff clean room. Has only 4 rooms. And old house converted to hotel. Very close to town center where you can have superb restaurants delicious food. Local restaurant not fancy trendy ones

The deluxe room is not for 4 person. It was rather small for a family with four persons.

I liked everything about the Eressian Spa. Located in a lovely, quiet non-touristy village. The hotel and grounds were calming, relaxing and peaceful. The staff in the spa and hotel were so courteous and wanted to do everthing to make our stay perfect. If you want the most relaxing holiday, this is the place

A slightly bigger pool. But, hey, who needs it whent Eressos beach is only a lovely 4km walk away

Gorgeous hotel, it’s clean and stylish and a welcome reprieve from the heat! The breakfast was out of this world. The bed was very comfy and linens very high quality. The pool was clean and refreshing for a dip. The staff were very sweet and attentive.

    It was all lovely!

    10AlexPosted on: 7-21-2023

Beautiful rooms with very gracious and welcoming staff who made us feel pampered. The Hammam was excellent, and the massage put us in a great relaxing mood. We really enjoyed the village too, a traditional Greek village with lovely tavernas. We will be back!

Beautiful mansion, very clean, great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, the staff is very helpful. Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The standard room is not spacious but the bathroom size is good. The pool is smaller than the photos.

The restoration of this old building has been done to a very high standard. The finishing as well as the quality of finishes in the room was very good. The breakfast was very good and the lady that prepared it and then served is was very pleasant - an asset to the establishment. The spa is very nicely done and a treatment is well worth the time. The pool area is also lovely - a great place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the island. The toiletries provided by the hotel were of a high standard.

The room we had was VERY small. I appreciate that the size is noted when booking, but given the price and the room size this does negatively affect the perceived "value" of ones stay. Also the room did not have a TV - despite it being noted in the room amenities. I think you could request a TV, but that is not what it said when I booked. Rooms could be better sound proofed.

I loved everything. It's a beautiful retreat in lovely surroundings. Peaceful, and felt luxurious without a huge price tag. Staff couldn't have been more kind. Pool area is perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.

    Leaving!

Quaint and very well looked after boutique hotel with lovely staff

pool area was smaller than expected but it’s a boutique hotel. parking would be nice but understand small village. air con in suite wasn’t strong enough

Everything; location, building , breakfast, staff. One of the best beach on the island are very close. Very good food recommendation fro Manager Akis.

The room and the bed were a bit smaller then expected. Air conditioning system was noisy.

An excellent hotel and a wonderful experience in a traditional-style and recently restored building! The hotel is located in a little village a short drive away from the sea and has every necessary amenity. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive to our every need. The room was spacious, squeaky clean, and with a great view to the pool and the sea in the distance. The pool was great and very relaxing, and the breakfast served outdoors using delicious local products. We also booked a hammam and massage session which was definitely worth it and very relaxing! Would recommend to anyone without a second thought!

    Northing negative to report whatsoever.
