Family room too small, Family room shud be at first floor.

Aircond was cool. Water pressure was good. A few socket for charging. A few tv channels. Wifi was good.

No lift our room at 2nd floor and we need to bring 2 big luggage. Air cond filter was not clean make my nose uncomfortable. Family room was small ko space for iron cloth and put out luggage. Mirror only at bathroom.

The surrounding and nice eateries nearby.

The registration process take too long. Nearly 20 minutes to confirm by booking at the front desk,

Toilet not clean, pipe for toilet located at back of toilet bowl, not easy to open. I found centipede under bed

No breakfast so cannot comment. View was good. Location is quite central. Staff mainly friendly and obliging. The room was spacious.

They should have a light switch above the bed as currently you have to get out of the bed to switch off or on. Bathroom has a persistent smell from the downpipes - which was quite unbearable on a few occasions The stairs leading to reception is unsuitable for older patrons and families with children and luggage.

The deluxe room is too small for 180. Literally no room to even put the bags. No coffee table, hair dryer. Even the toilet is small and not designed properly.

Ill check in on 25.12.2022 1. Our room at 3rd floor. Its so difficult to senior citizens2. At our bathroom have a window. Its not cover until top. So uncomfortable to us as a muslim. 3. Hose pipe difficult to used. 4. Have many mosquito.5. No towel for used. Because its pack time need to wait until 8.30pm to get a towel.6. Air-conditioning not enough cool.

Located in the town center and near the seaside, other amenities such as restaurants. The market that auction the fish fresh from the sea is also not far away from the hotel.

The staircase steps leading to the upper floor have damaged edges. That might pose some risk of injury or trip if overlooked. There is no lift, if the booked room is upstairs one needs to carry luggage all the way up. Of course, the hotel bellboy is ready to assist in this. I was offered help but I carried the luggage myself.

Marc the owner and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile. Marc even drove me around the town to show me the sights when it was raining and took me to eat the local food.The hotel is being renovated and repainted. It looks clean and fresh.

There are quite steep stairs to get to the hotel which I like for exercise but I needed help to get my luggage up them, so not suitable for those in a wheelchair.

Location is good, surrounded by shop & food stall within walking distance.

Hotel can only provide extra one pillow instead asking for two.

The bedroom was so comfortable.. got so many shops, bank and restaurant around..

No lift.. not recommend for senior citizens..

What a frustrating and disappointing experiences with total regrets.

The dysfunctional electrical plugs, windowless room. No balcony. We felt tricked & cheated by all the photos that were posted during booking. Even after we complained about those plugs, the management didn't do anything. Worst experience ever.

Location was good. Room was nice and big. Great sea view.

The staff is super friendly. The level wasn't so high even though there is no lift available. The view was nice! And not to forget, the bed was comfortable too.

The place wasn't really muslim friendly. There's no qibla direction at all in the room. Plus, the room is way too small to perform prayer. The other issues that we faced were on the water leaking in one room (206) and some wire short issues in the other room (207).Suggestions: Provide one room for public prayer.

The Boss of the hotel is understanding and accommodating. It was unable to clearly define the different room through the website booking, hence a room without windows were booked. Concerns were raised and the Boss changed us to another room. The room is really nice with the view of the sea. However, the staff took the own initiative to add an extra bed that we didn't need and tried to charge us for it. The Boss also had to step in and waived all charges. Very reasonable and responsive. Will definitely stay there again.
