Southern Tip Hotel - City & 100m walk to McDonald's & FREE DOBI

The room was comfortable and matched expectations. Overall, the hotel provided a decent stay and was suitable for a short rest. However, there were a few cleanliness issues—some dust in the room and the toilet could have been cleaner. Also, there were no hangers provided, which was slightly inconvenient. With some improvements in these areas, the stay would have been much better.

Spacious room for budget hotel. Got iron and hairdryer inside room. But water presure very slow for shower. Parking very limited.

A new hotel the place is clean and well maintained. The facilities like water pressure, Aircon and lighting are satisfactory. Located close to the commercial centre.

The single room is a bit compact.

Outside was cleaned and the workers are kind and helpful

No water during our stay the day of my wedding at pontian. All my guests are left with no water. Finally showered ground floor with hose.

Family Room is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 pax comfortably. Bed and pillow are clean and room do not have any unpleasant smells. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

The toilet was too congested. Hotel do not have lift services so its not so convenient if travel with people who can't use the stairs even the stairs are quite spacious.

Location is strategic & good.

Parking is on public area but tolerable when not busy

Location very strategic and facility all working well.

Shower not really strong but acceptable, tv also seems to not working but its okay because we watch videos on mobile phone anyways. Parking also a bit limited.

Just a night to rough out. Nothing exceptional but still the best rates in town.

Size of room is too small.

Spacious of room. Worth of money and staying.

Toilet..not really clean. Cleaner should rub the stains at toilet wall and bowl.

Location, near pekan / mcd / restaurant.

Need to park besides main road

Service good

Cuz understanding my prob...cuz that day I ask tu cancel one day...and ur hotel return my money...thanx a lots

The location is so strategic as we were there for our brother’s matriculation registration. Although there are no specific parking lots for the hotel, you can park along the road in front of the hotel building as long as it is not in front of the workshops. Staffs are efficient and welcoming. The facilities look a bit old for me, but they are still all clean. Price is affordable for two rooms of 4 pax.

The only thing that bothers me is the mold on the hotel’s walls.

About 500m to Mart.. there's restaurant nearby..no worries

There's no passenger lift, difficult for older people to go to upstairs room..less parking

Close to food outlets and shops

Room not cleaned properly on arrival as had hair strands on the floor beside the bed. Bathroom also not clean with dírt and stain on the flooring. Noisy as besíde the main road and car repair shop next door.

The location is in the Central area and meets our travel plans for the visit.

No elevator & no fridge

Location, service, got mostly everything available in room to use even the room is small.

Dusty, cleanliness not well maintained. Room very small.

Location and water volume always provided a good bathing.

Couldn't have a good sleep because pillow are too flat for us.

It's cheap, near to a lots of shop lots and the sea. The room is quite big compare to other similar price hotel. It's easy to find car park where it's in front of the hotel, no need to pay parking fees.

It's a bit unclean, like there is dust on the table. The tv although it's a tvbox but it is unable to watch any channels, and the WiFi is really bad. I even can't listen to YouTube using hotel WiFi. Lastly I use my own hotspot. I choose a room with window, the room face the road, so it is quite noisy at night also.

Just the friendly and helpful staff. The staff really tried his best to push my mom’s wheelchair cause there is no ramp for wheelchair

A bit dirty along the staircase. Our room was at the top and it was raining that day. Quite slippery and I believe the staffs rarely went upstairs to wipe out the water. Not suggested for wheelchair person cause it didn’t have lift. Luckily after some bargain, I was given the ground floor room for my momSo hard to find parking

New & budget hotel. Simple with clean bedsheets & towel. To my surprise, there are two units of room on the rooftop & my room was located at the rooftop level 4. Spacious space around the room which you can have a good view of sun rise.

No elevator, got to climb up the staircase to level 4. Poor Security - anyone can access to the hotel room by enter the side door of the hotel which bypass the hotel counter. Room was spacious but lack for table & limited sockets.
