Wan Loong's hotel location just opposite the bus station and shops which was easily asseciable.

Wan loong hotel was below average. The toilet bowl was leaking, there was thick dust at the aircond which was flying around once the air cond is open. The room was stuffy although it comes with window. The curtains was old, dirty and dusty too.

Nothing i like becoz been frustrated and upsetting by the jug for water fill in the room. It was SUPER DUPER HORRIBLE, SUPER DIRTY!!!! The jug cover is covered by dust!!! Truly ugly and scary !!! No dare to use it to fill water from the outside drinking water dispenser at all !!! Very very Bad image and experience at this Hotel. Never ever...............

Very dirty.. No lift... Pillow is dark yellow...

Excellent location, right across the bus terminal. Convenient, shops/eatery/bank all within short walking distance. Room size is ok, allow space for solat. Big bathroom for such budget hotel.

We enjoyed the television, we slept well and the staff were very friendly

There was only 1 socket, the other didn’t work and the extra bed was not that comfortable.

The location is great, near public transportation and shops. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. parking space is ample. The staff is friendly.

The water dispenser is not working, there is no hot shower, the water heater in the bathroom is broken, and I can't use the iron for my cloth. Everything else is perfect. Need more close attention.

Easy acces to public transport since this hotel location is in front of Pontian Bus and Taxi Terminal. Many Restaurants and food stalls are available in walking distance.

Not sound proof!!! Very noisy. I can hear clearly people talking from the next room. The sound from air-cond added the miserable condition. Plus the exhaust fan in the bathroom is also making a loud sound !!!! You barely can sleep unless you are really tired.

Friendly staff and cleanliness

Aircond was turned off every 1 hour. Cannot sleep properly as need to wake up to turn on back the aircond. Why lar you set timer to make aircond automatically off after run for 1 hour. Tried to change timer setting many times but still not ok. Very stressful.

Hygiene really bad

Please check your bed hygiene, if possible please change the bed sheet and blanket, is horrible night for me. Can’t sleep over night , too itchy. Dirty and found bug. Please take this matter serious. No second time visit for me.

I like overall this hotel, facilities good, staff so friendly, clean and comfortable.

1.Room no.104 leaking when rain.Floor water stagnant and slippery 2.Air condition in bad condition.Not air cooling.Uncomfortable for rest and sleeping

Value for money, friendly staff who helped with our queries and getting around the area

Towels were thin. Toilet floor slightly slippery after showering.

curtain is dirty, windows cant be fully opened , rooms arent fully inspected for fully functioned to be use..they is issues with shower head leaking,bidet not functioning, leakage below the sink

The bathroom is okay and spacious.

The iron is of poor quality, should have invest to use a better iron. Room did not have appropriate place to iron. The key can easily dropped. Key card would be better

Good location as it's near to convenience stores and bus stop.

Room cleanliness is passable. Bedroom and bathroom is okay. AC is a nightmare as it's extremely dirty.

Short walking distance from Pontian Terminal Bus Stop & some grocery shops/restaurants~Staff considerate attitude for allowing us to wait at lobby/use toilet before our departure time.My room's toilet cleanliness is 9/10.

1. Hotel didn't inform me first abt my room's still in tydying & cleaning process, my c/in time is 3pm, I arrived at 4pm but still unable to c/in due to issue mentioned above. Staff informed me that due to Raya, many ppl checked in but less staffs are working. I understood that, but pls at least inform me earlier... 2. Room cleanliness: 4/10, got small cockroach crawling on the wall, bed sheets and blanket covers seemingly didn't change to new ones, only folded + pulled straight. Dusty corners of the TV table, and beneath the TV.However due to the price is low, I could only somehow accept with the issues mentioned in no.2
