Very nice overnight. Close to train for easy access to Onomichi for Shimanami. Hotel had excellent facilities

Staff is very kind to guide me by himself to a remote parking lot until finished.The twin bedroom is very spacy and comfort with the simple breakfast but with varieties and tasty.

Rather than staying in Hiroshima, I decided to stay here and branch out to do day trips. It turned out to be a good decision as this hotel is really close to the railway station. Easy to do day trips to all the surrounding areas. And the hotel onsen was a fantastic place to come back to and relax at night.If I was to give some constructive criticism, I would suggest maybe having the breakfast last a little later than 8:30 AM. People who are not early risers won’t be able to have the breakfast. And as per most hotels in Japan, the room is very small so you don’t really have a place to unpack your bag, but it is what it is.

Decent and not expensive standard hotel. Not far from the station.

Other guests in the hotel were very loud in the hallways / drinking in the rooms until later in the night. I know the hotel is not responsible but this did impact my stay negatively.

Welcome drink, onsen, nice breakfast. Room was small but I didn't need big room so just what I needed in exceptional price!

Good location, perfect for visiting Rabbit Island and good access to the Shinkansen

The free breakfast included in the room rate was excellent and plentiful with staff offering excellent service. Furthermore the front desk staff were helpful too after booking us into the wrong room accidentally.

There is only one lift for around 10 floors of hotel, it is a small lift and every time that we used it, it would stop around 3 or 4 times due to guests going to reception floors, spa floors etc which are all on diffrent floors

Breakfast was included with the room and it was excellent. Very delicious Japanese food with something for everyone! The location is a quaint street that is close to everything that you would need. The local restaurants are friendly and lively and serve good food for a reasonable price.

We probably could have used another day to see everything in the area.

Value of this hotel definitely! For its price, one cannot fathom how they still manage to operate with profit. Upon check-in, staff member was extremely thorough with what they had to offer at the facility, doing his best to make sure we wouldn't miss a thing or get disoriented. Included breakfast exceeded our expectation for a meal that didn't require additional cost. There was even natural hot spring in the facility that was open throughout the night. We used the hot spring before coming down for breakfast, which made us on cloud 9 before leaving early for the rabbit island!

Shower in the room was small. Just pointing out, not complaining.

The hotel's location is within 5 minutes of an easy walk from the Shinkansen station, and right next to the ferry port. There are numerous cozy little restaurants and bars in the area, as well as a large shopping mall. The staff was very cordial, and I always enjoy their bath/sauna. With the yen weak as it is now, the price is a great value for money, and there's even breakfast included in the price. Overall, a great experience.

Location from Mihara station ~5min walk, ~10min to Aeom mall , - 30min train to Ferry to Rabbit Island (M-F). But 5min to ferry during weekends. breakfast is included.

Hard pillow, dunno why most hotel I stayed this trip.has this recycled rubber pellet / tubes as pillow filler. (They were use to be some sort of seeds (sobakawa). Though they have option for other pillow types, they are on 1st come 1st serve basis. When we arrive at 7pm they were none. Only 1 hard bolster pillow on the double bed. Small tub, small and crowded onsen (I would say 6 max that will fit without bumping elbows)
