Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie

The breakfast was awesome, and the facility feels like a 5-star hotel. There were many local varieties of food available. Highly recommended for anyone staying overnight before a transfer to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in KL.

Love the breakfast spread. I must say the morning of 01.11.2025, had one of the best omelets!Cozy and super friendly staff.

Couldn't find place to hang towel in the bathroom.

My husband injured his foot before we checked into Mercure Hotel, so we spent a lot of time in our suite while he recovered. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The bathtub is luxuriously spacious. One of the best bathrooms we've ever seen in a local hotel.

Their curtains are nice and thick to block out sunlight, but the ones in our room had holes in them so we could still see sunlight peek through hahaha

Nothing special but cleanliness and breakfast verity are good

Open toilets to the room

The food was nice for breakfast. Parking space big. Staff was friendly.

Room and toilet was small. TV channel not interesting.

I book this hotel it’s due to convenient.

This is the 2nd year we stayed here during our raya Balik kampung and for the 2nd time they gave us the same connecting room with malfunction air condition. And for the 2nd time my kids have to move to another room 2 rooms away. The toilets and wash room area still lack of hook to hang clothes when shower. Very inconvenient when you have other family member staying together.

Fantastic stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. Perfect for business or leisure—highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

All seems new, the furniture & fixes.

The traffic to arrive to mercure is quite heavy & traffic jam.

Pool, environment and locatiion very good

Clean and comfortable

No shops/malls nearbyThe nearest shop lots are all rundown

Excellent. Keep it up.

More signboards for directions. Direction from car park to reception. From elevator to rooms, turn right or left for room number.Lobby - sofa height should be low . Can be noticeable fast when walk in.

New and cleanFriendly staff

Location is isolated

Clean hotel, great breakfast served.

I experienced quite a slow check-in process. It took me around 25 minutes with just one person in the queue ahead of me.

Very spacious rooms, nice swimming pool and restaurant at the roof top.

All good, I only had noisy neighbors in the room next door.

The room

The pool, no towel provided. I need to call twice and waiting about 45mins to get my towel. Extra towel for bedroom, need to ask from helpdesk and get from helpdesk. Toiletries also need to ask and waiting an hour to get. Not recommended for future staycation.

the hotel was super clean and location was good. parking spacious. the person communicating with me via booking apps was super friendly and helpful. kudos to the customer service of the hotel.

the front desk guys could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. the check in process took around 20minutes over the counter.

Room was exceptionally clean, staffs were friendly, room service was exceptionally responsive

Hope it could be more kids friendly like,a playground or a playroom

Staff very friendly, moden concept and will come again.

Need to ask for bathroom amminities. There is broken tiles at pool step wc seat cover came off but i did not call for that. Cleanliness room carpet need to shampoo it look dirty.

Pleasant. Air-conditioning is cold. Room, bed and sheets are clean. The price is affordable. Parking is okay considering I was there not on the weekend. Location wise walking distance to Kamalinda wedding halls.

The room structure seems to be similar to ibis. Small compartments of bathroom and toilet. Outside sink combines with the area of the bedroom. The size of the room is quite small. Amenities like toothbrush, hairdryer and iron are available upon request only. But they deliver fast so that's good.

nothing attractive , it's located in industrial area, thoublesome fr driving, thousands of disappointed.ps: don't book with "Bxxking.com" as their messages will confuse you , says the room rate for twin room inclusive breakfast, but in the end just available for ONE pax, what a Big joke from this Big corperate!

Hotel - Cheap low class breakfast, location no strategic, toiletories not fulfil (everything need to call to get, but.. they will answer u : out of stock), what a shamed low cost budget hotel!Online Customer Service - But it's a big joke to me when i call the service line for help, fyi I never shout the China girl but sounds like her mood no good.. she just ended my call while I'm talking my compliant . (breakfast package - i booked 2 X twin rooms with breakfast package, but come out only 1 beakfast for 1 each room, i need to pay extra money for the rest 2 pax?) It's not money matter but I feel sad for such selling skill and customer servicing.. I booked flight via Bxxxking.com, more than 20 airtickets in Yr2024, so what did i get when i ask for help??A realllyyyyy POOR marketing strategy to con people to book with th'm! :-(
