Ample parking and neat garden maintainance

phone coverage is not very stable. Need multiple lines to back up ur phones. Hotel internet is also unstable particularly during heavy occupancy.

Near to the beach and clean. Staffs are friendly.

Nice view Overall, my stay at Eastana Cherating Beach Resort was good, but there were a few things that could be improved.

There were a couple of issues. The pillows were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the information board in the room mentioned that drinks were available upon request at reception, but when we asked, they said they didn’t have any. It was disappointing as we expected the service to be available. I hope can improve these aspects for future guests."

its just a suggestion : the water supply a bit smelly but you can improved the filters system and how if you prepared a water filter e.g coway cuckoo at lobby with its we can used its for hot water drinking

Old blanket/towel...everything old..not enough cLoth hanger...No extra lock from inside....

I like that the staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted us for Firefly boat trip.

The sheets were kinda sandy and the toilet needs to be properly maintained. The water also seemed rusty.

Location just nice for a pit stop rest.

Facilities in the room....too basic not meeting with standard requiremnt , have to purchase outside for tea n coffee bags ....smallest drinking water bottle given.Bed too old...pillow bad condition , blanket too old and not meet expectaion....

However it was walking distance to all the must visit spots so it was pretty much great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend to a friend ror a budget stay.
