Shafura Hotel 1

Stayed for a night for work travel, and I had a great experience! The room was comfortably clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly! There are ample parking areas next to and in front of the hotel.

The room space...easy to perform prayer for Muslim....

Hard to go to other restaurants by walking

Owner really nice and friendly, would like to stay here again if i have any business in Kemaman. Room is clean, ambience quite good. Overall i satisfied with the service and facilities.

Water pressure quite slow.

-Water supply almost nil, -Safety for customers, room door not automatically locked, someone open my door room while my family slept. Someone open from outside.-room floor dirty, with grease oil, water pipe leaked, no sound proof

It does not really clean. The odour is not really pleasant especially from the toilet. If let the toilet door open whole day, the whole room will have the smell of the toilet. The room is just not really up to date.

Good location & ample private parking

Slippery toilet, not enough staff (one staff for guest checking in, checking out, checking room etc), no elevator to 2nd floor (difficult for heavy luggage) & poor internet connection

Easy to access, great staff, a lot of parking, all toileteries given which is comfortable. Location nicee, ease to go anywhere.

I think they need to keep maintain their aircond as sometimes the aircond doesnt work.

the location is near hospital and easy to book. friendly staff is a bonus

the aircond not working while i stay there but luckily the staff handle it very well by giving me another room

location wise is great. Near to restaurants. Easy to find, parking is available.

lantai toilet ada banyak tahi cicak, maybe housekeeper terlepas pandang. tp spttnya kena improved n double check, since my reservation is paid and guaranteed although i arrived late.

The aircond is good. Location is at the center of the city, near hospital kemaman, so its easy to move around. They sell instant noodles and drinks near the reception. Both floor have water dispenser. The toilet is big.

1) Ample parking 2) TV has YouTube etc3) Coway easy to refill water4) Can order food at night, reasonable price & be sent to room

1) After 5pm housekeeping went home. I spilt coffee on the floor (so much) but had to wipe clean on my own because the Receptionist said she could not help since she had to be at the counter.2) Water pressure is too low after 11pm
