This hotel is very old and needs a lots of upgrades. The faucet is broken, no hot water, stinky towels, mold is everywhere in the bathroom. We booked 2 nights and we had to check out early even they didn?t refund our money. Don?t stay here

Just back from a short vacation here. Stayed for 3D2N here. Great place to stay, away from the busy city. You can swim in the pool while listening to the waves from the beach. The pool was very clean. Their staff also provide good service during my stay

breakfast need to add more variety menu, upgrade the vegetable on the salad menu

The variety of villa according to traditional houses in Malaysia did really make me amaze with this hotel.

LOBBY, RESTAURANT, BEACH FACILITIES ARE VERY NICE.VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.

THE SARAWAK ROOMS ARE IN HAD CONDITION & URGENTLY NEEDED TO BE UPGRADED.

I really like the resort area. So peaceful, clean and big pools. There is few cafes/restaurants nearby within 10mins drive.

The beach area have tall gras which i think resort management should keep it trimmed and neat all the time

1. my room does not have a refrigerator2. the environment is too dark at night, especially from the superior room to the Beach restaurant or around the Villa's. it is not safe to walk alone at night.

Playground pool. Perfect place to bring my son to have fun

Property is wonderful. But need to keep their colors room update and toilet maintenance up to standard

Great mini waterpark for the kids.

Booked 2 rooms, 139 & 140. I have complaints about Room 139. Aircond unit is bad. Called reception to change room but they said they will inform maintenance to check. Technician came and he said will check the unit gas and inform. Technician just left with no updates and the aircond is still in the same condition. Bathroom shower trap a bit clogged.

Facilities

Bathroom and toilet door not friendly. Git to step in to the shower are before could sit on the toilet bowl. Funny.

Everything is good except for bathroom

I'm so sorry but our bathroom need some improvement. Sink, WC & floor trap all didn't function smoothly. Couldn't flush properly.Floor trap draining so slow. Please check tq.

The private beach is among the best in Cherating - clean, scenic and the fine sand...

The facilities is quite old and the garden villa can be quite warm during the day.

Location

The room was old, the mattress was uncomfortable, and was tilted to the side due to the malformation of the floor.Not worth for the money.Also the staff needs to work more efficient...the cue for the check in was endless.At 3pm the rooms were not ready yet.

The hotel facilities is good and the staff is friendly.

Im not satistied with the room cleanliness after the staff change (room beside pools). The paint on the wall in the room is mossy and peeling. Other than that is good.

The pools were lovely and clean and the communal areas were generally well looked after, although the fire alarm system had several wires hanging out the wall.The rooms were all quite dated (we had four rooms) with some bits not working. The internal door wouldn’t close etc.The beach was long and sandy but most people used the pools. The hotel was too far to walk to town and there was no pavement on the busy main road. We stayed two nights and had one full day there which was nice and relaxing but that was enough time. There was a good range for the breakfast buffet but the food was quite average.
