The place has potential, it just needs updating and maintenance, and more customer-service oriented staff.

The food was of low quality, the room was not clean, and the prices - rooms and food - were high.

it's the only good hotel in the area.

The location was good.

Room the UCB ports were not working. The shower area, the water drain outlet was clogged and water was not draining fast, while the bathroom floor was waterlogged. Also the Booking dotcom website was misleading and i accidently booked 2 rooms. Request the hotel to cancel one room but they couldn't want to do that.Couldn't add my Resort world membership no. during check-in as the hotel said that membership no. needs to be entered at the time of booking. First time i am see this requirement as other hotels allow to enter the membership no. at any anytime during the stay or even after the stay.

The room was clean and cozy, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. It also came with a jacuzzi. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a lifeguard on duty and is located near the beach, perfect for enjoying the sand with family.

Valet parking is available; however, the fee of RM50 is quite expensive.

check in went well. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The beach here is always beautiful

This hotel has really gone downhill in the over past 15 years we have been staying at it. It needs a total refurbishment. The rooms need an update. Everything just looked really tired. The toilet moved every time we sat on it, in the shower the water took forever to drain, there was no hot water in the morning. When we told the staff about it, we were told to write a review so that management will take notice! There is no spa, no gift shop, which they used to have. The ice-cream box in the cafe - had ice crystals all over the ice-creams. Made us wonder how long it has been there. It was such a fantastic hotel - it is sad to see the state it is in now.

Location’s alright. If you play golf it’ll be a nice place to stay at

Room’s really old, my window did not open as it was stuck, the hot water did not work most of the time, the AC did not get cold enough and the was a cockroach in the room.

Toilet bowl not able to flush well during our stay. Was rectified after cleaning by the housekeeping.

this place need refurbishment! Used to come here - it was so much better! Now so many facilities are no longer available and the place seems rundown and shabby. Too bad

the baby turtle release prgram is awesome. and the room also meet my expectation.

the checkin process took so long. about 30minutes to complete.

No variety for breakfast buffet. Bell boy was not helpfull. Just look while the guest bringing so lot of luggage

The room is a bit old school though refurbished. The bathtub in the room is a bit off with the wood panel style of the room. TV line was fuzzy.

Breakfast - my family enjoyed the variety of east cost local food. Nasi Dagang my first choice. beach- really really nice view and enjoyed the beach. Turtle release need to improve the booking method. excited to do so but not available at beach site.

Room - old, door toilet need to refurbish, TV not functioning well. Requested for connecting room but not granted. Anyway my family enjoyed the stay.

Resorts too old and dark, not value for money. It's time to renovate the entire resort.

The resort design was very great, really love it. The location was great near the beach. The bed & pillow very comfy. and i love the bath tub was placed inside room area not in toilet as usual. My kids can enjoy it while watching the TV.

Most frustrated was their policy when i can't even change the date although it was on weekdays where still have plenty of room. Another thing is facilities inside the room also does not meet my expectation for 5 star hotel. I don't know in other platform but i can't buy package for breakfast during my booking through booking.com, to buy it at property, the price was higher than mentioned here.

Air cond not working, flush does not stop, sliding panes in toilet and bathroom does not work

Food served here in the restaurant are excellent quality. The breakfast spread was smaller than it used to be, but nevertheless the quality is excellent. The beach restaurant is an excellent place to have dinner by the beach.

Place and room was nice.kida having fun at swimming pool . Will repeat again.

Food for breakfast not worth the money. Rm40 per person and rm20 for kids. Banyak lauk not kids friendly. Semua pedas. Kuah kari, rendang, sambal nasi lemak all spicy. Kids x boleh makan. Not many choices as well ?

Silent and good location

Maybe Building is too old,can do some paint work to attract more people to stay
