Comfortable with cheap price

To put air freshener inside the bathroom, quite smelly. And separate waste basket in the bathroom as well. The TV broadcast is bad.

Clean room, clean toilet, pillow is comfy, bed and comforter is good

Room no sound proof. Cars on the road can be heard loudly. No hair shampoo.

Hotel lobby, rooms are clean and tidy. With a small coffee area, guest may enjoy their morning or evening tea during their stays. Their is rooms for improvement for the sound proof.

The room provided to us is facing main road, we can clearly hear the noise from main room whenever their is vehicle passing by. Aircond in the room is cold, but the wind speed are slow, it take times to cool down the room. Toilet are relatively small, barely can turn around during the bath. Bed are terrible, we can feel the spring when we sleep/sit on it.

Very helpful front desk checking on our arrival time to make sure we are able to check-in smoothly. Room is superb clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's beyond our expectation. Will recommend people to stay here.

If you are light sleeper might want to make sure you bring ear plug for sleeping. The location is good, it is facing the main road. Just it gets loud with passing cars through our windows facing the main road.

A lot of parking space available because the shops around are closed. Coffee shop in the lobby is good. The main road heads towards the city center. Pretty interiors in the room.

Soundproofing isn't so good. I can hear voices outside along the corridor and they probably could hear me if I talk with someone in the room. The chair in the room is a stool instead of a chair with backrest. The toilet is a bit smelly... I can't tell where it is from. And there's very little ventilation in the toilet so the smell stays and even creeps out of the toilet door into the room at one point.

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, good value of money for an overnight stay, location is slightly outskirt but in a quiet neighborhood

1. Busy main road. Keep waking up at night when heavy vehicles pass (area is known for o&g and petrochemical industries) as room was facing main road.2. Can feel springs of the mattress. So maybe a good time to change.

The room and en-suite bathroom is very clean. TV works with limited channel. Workshop nearby. Not exactly convenient if you do not have car.

You are able to connect to wifi but it is not working. Probably they set certain number of pax or bandwidth is low. No window. Booking.com price is higher than walk-in.

The bed is soft and comfortable

Only tiny soap bar provided but no hair shampoo. Shower water couldn't drain properly and flood the entire bathroom

Disappointing

Day time very difficult to get car parking... only 1 channel tv.....no phone in room... service like a budget hotels toilet floor is very high and feel uncomfortable

Helpful staff..

It would not be suitable for elder people as there is no lift. Nevertheless, the staff was kind enough to carry our bags up.

The room is clean and tidy. Free coffee and snack.

The bathroom has bad smell in some while. No body / hair shampoo provided. Only soap.

Decent location and cleanliness of room.

Too close to main road. Room sound insulation poor. Much disturbed by passing by motorcycles and big trucks.
