The room was basic Cheap price. Location is ok. Near to kedai makan/kedai serbaneka

The location is good as it's beside cameron centrum and in the center of tourist attractions.

The room are smaller even when we book 2 same room.

i dont like nothing about this hotel..very bad service, ceiling leaking, toilet leaking, very bad breakfast service, i banned this hotel from stay after this

Bilik bau kepam. The room smells. The cleanness is poor. The breakfast is not worth the price. Just a drink with packaged food (nasi lemak). RM353++ for 2 night with only rm6 breakfast. Horrible

The breakfast was nice and the location was good also because of the mall that was right beside us and the restaurants was also at a walking distance

The location strategic to access to other main attraction. Parking available during that time.

Late at night there was very loud noise coming from entertainment/clubbing near and it was very disturbing. Also there was big cockroach in the drawer. The cleanliness was upsetting.

Booked a queen deluxe room with standard wall fan. The room is quite nice but not that spacious, but if push the bed against the wall you will have better space to pray. Got arah kiblat and prayer mat also. This package included breakfast but not that great just enough for snacking, we got nasi lemak, 1 small triangle sandwich and 1 slice of banana cake with plain hot tea. Not complaining but good enough if you are lazy to walk around to find another breakfast. Water pressure is very good, bathroom also clean. Does not provide hair dryer and iron in the room. They have water cooler on every floor so good enough.Centrum and restaurants are all walking distant. If you cant find parking around the area you can park at the basement, not expensive at all. Other wise i enjoy my stay here

They didnt check the lamp, in our room the lamp is spoil and the fan cannot swing only static at one place

Very bad Wifi connection- NOT reach at all-disppointed.Breakfast provided not friendly for the kids Example the nasi lemak-spicy,oily -Suggest to have breakfast set especially for kids.

New to me with self check in-check out.

It's been more than 12 hours since I checked out from your hotel (Cameron Highlands branch) but still I haven't received my deposit money yet. Normally the hotels will refund the deposit money on check out.

Breakfast included and the staff was very friendly and helpful because the fan was not function and they got the new fan quickly..

The breakfast was so good n very good location and easy to find groceries,only walking distance to shopping mall centrum..my room very clean and such a friendly staff..i will repeat again..tq

Reasonable and perfect place to stay in Brinchang town area. All the shops & restaurants are in walking distance. Will repeat my stay again. Staff are friendly & helpful. Overall 10/10.
