Nice hotel, good ambiance but breakfast was poor.

We didn’t like the options for Breakfast. Mee Goreng was extremely salty. Poor options for breakfast for a such a high class hotel.

Location is good

The hotel not 5 star standard. Hotel standard is 3 star . There is no proper room cleaning service. Bed , pillow, chair not comfortable. Towels not nice smell. We booked a signature king room. There is only one chair. We requested one more . The manager told they can give plastic stool chair. We wanted to speak with hotel manager. He never come and show up. This is the hotel manager give hospitality? He should feel shame to offer plastic stool chair to repeated room guest. We stayed 3 nights they never clean bathroom, toilet, never vacuum carpet. They only come change towels, tea, replace drinking water. By request they change bedsheets. We didn’t feel comfortable at all. We don’t recommend this hotel

The view was bad as it didn’t look overly any green sides they gave us a family room that overlooks some parking and construction. The room wasn’t clean we could see hair everywhere when we checked in. The breakfast was very aweful. Actually the worst in the whole entire trip. The egg was very very oily. No options for Mediterranean only for Asian. The coffee machines doesn’t even do milk drinks only Americano or espresso, their pastries tasted very bad. Not worth the price at alllllll.

we asked if they can make food for our 6 month old baby they agreed but the food was very bad and not well done it was hard we couldn’t feed the baby

Great location with easy access to most spots in Cameron. The room is large with nice, clean bathroom and comfortable beds.

3rd time staying here. The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. The breakfast is delicious. Got many choices of breakfast. The staff is all very friendly. Got pool and sauna

Housekeeping very bad. Ask them to clean our room but they just tidy up the bed without changing the cover. Didn't wash the cup, never give us a new towel etc. so disappointed

No hairdryer in our room and we need to request for it but my sons' room has it. The safety box was locked but didn't inform the housekeeper as when we complaint about the TV remote control was out of battery, the battery was changed only the next day. we left at 9am but the rooms were not done up when we came back at 3pm.

Good location clean big facilities

I am a hotelier myself, and I was truly shocked by the behavior of the Front Office Manager, Shah. I requested a small favor regarding a late checkout, but instead of handling the situation with courtesy, he was rude and dismissive. He said he would charge me for the night, spoke in an unfriendly manner, and didn’t even listen properly. His attitude was not welcoming at all — not even a smile.I even told him, “Okay, charge me for another night but keep the same rate if possible.” Instead of accommodating, he increased the rate and even removed the breakfast. He told me, “If you want a cheaper rate, go book online — the rate is the same,” which is not the professional way to speak to any guest.A hotel should make guests feel like family, but his behavior was the opposite. Honestly, I don’t even think he has the attitude or skills suitable for a Guest Service Agent, let alone a Front Office Manager. This kind of interaction gives a very poor image of the hotel.

Facilities good, very comfortable. But the bed cover got some stain. I dont know if it get clean or just getting stretch only

The food most likely bland. I order in room service. Oxtail soup, chicken and beef satay, and chicken chop. The only was good and have a taste is wedge potatoes. Others are bland. Even soup and satay. Come on, simple dishes premium charges, but so bland, not marinate or what. The soup, come on Zenith. Soup never go wrong, but Zenith messed it up, do your chef know how to "tumis", the soup taste like only sup bunjut. Thats all, really not into liking the taste of the dishes.

the silence-proofing is far from good, you can here a lot of noises through the dooryou also hear every minute the 'beep' from the elevators, even our room was at least 20 metres away

I like the scenery and facilities

I dont like the attitude of other visitor... Yelling in the rooms seems only them in that floor.. room number 526... In one room so many people.. kids and adults yelling

Balcony had flood because of drain clogged, but they changed out two rooms to bigger rooms of same Deluxe type. Thank you
