The toilet had a bad smell, the WiFi and TV were difficult to connect, and the bed sheets and mattress were dirty. Definitely needs better maintenance and cleanliness.

Tiny room, no window, no ventilation, no A/C, just a old fan that makes your cul khochakhocha on your face, dirty pillows, body was itching whole night, very old towels, bathroom reeks like pee.

very nice staff good job. parking pun tak susah, kena berjalan sikit tu biasa laa.. will repeat again for sure ????

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the town, with all conveniences nearby.The assigned room was very spacious and contained two beds separated by a partition.

I could never get used to the all in one shower and toilet space. The bathroom run off was faulty, one morning I showered at 7.00 a.m. and when I returned to the shower at 11.00 p m. that night the water around the drainer was still there.When I checked in there was water from previous usage, which meant I had to stand in someone else's bath puddle, disgusting.There is no bath soap holder in the shower, which meant I had to stretch across to the edge of the sink, four feet away, to get the soap when needed.The bathroom sink was stained and the toilet paper holder was free standing, so my hands had to touch the casing to dispense the paper, which was very unhygienic.

What I believe to be black mold on the pillows. Room has no windows which is fine but also no ventilation system so the room was just so hot, damp and stuffy.Probably fine for a night but anymore I wouldn't bother.

I felt safe staying there. There's a security guard watching over the hotel entrance. The doors are closed to public from 11pm to 7am.

Cons:1.Pillows filthy and mouldy. We literally did not sleep on them.2. Mouldy in the bathroom and a strong stale smell everywhere in the room.3. Thick dark hair all over the bed and in the bedding4. No ventilation at all, so humid and smelly.Pros:1. Very helpful, happy, smily staff2. Wonderful location - very close to the main bus station.3. The full day tour was awesome and a very good value for price (MYR80/peroson excluding entrance fees to some of the objectives).4. Quiet place.

Found food (potato chips) on the floor the moment I enter the room. Bed is directly facing toilet door (bad fengshui). Wash sink is blocked.

Room without window. No amenities as described in listing, no cable or satellite tv although stated in listing. I had to pay a higher price that appeared in the booking confirmation. Not really clean, hair all over the floor and one small cockroach that I killed immediately. Would not recommend this hotel.

Met the same staffs from our 2020 visits! Staffs are friendly and kind. They gave us big room which are clean and neat! Everything was perfect!

The remote control of the TV was faulty.

Hotel is 2.minutes from bus station and all restaurants. Street food also nearby.Room was large, clean and furnished, which is not always the case here in Malaysia.We had great time here and would definitely recommend this hotel

After day out in the drizzle we would appreciate some kind of heating. Clothes and towels were never really dry. Just a recommendation?
