- Interesting architecture and nice illumination at night. Worth a short visit
- We arrived late at the hotel. Had glimpses of the beautiful lightings but rushed for dinner and then to the spa. By 10 pm, all the lights were switched off. Therefore must arrive at the hotel by 3 pm to enjoy the spa and see the evening lightsBreakfast was good
- (1) Staff in hotel has excellent approach to guests. People are the biggest strength of hotel. (2) very comfortable bed, (3) variety of choice and good quality of breakfast, (4) fast and stable internet, (5) nice fitness room, (6) hot springs

- The service was very poor, not what you expect at a Sheraton hotel. The lady at the checkout was without any reason very unfriendly. In the restaurant the service was not at all attentive, they even forgot our order! And we had to ask for getting a clean table! Very disappointing! The bar on top of the hotel is closed.
- One of the twin bedded room configuration had huge pillars, long rectangle and a very inconvenient toilet
- All what shouldn't happen in 5-star hotel, sorry guys: (1) dirty chairs in restaurant (2) stains on the walls in the room (3) ground bar having a variety of alcohols and not serving drinks (maybe due to COVID restrictions, whatever!), (4) sky bar closed

Very beautiful hotel, spectacular night view. The breakfast is also a plus.
Swimming pool did not meet my expectations. Don't feel like to swim in it.
Breakfast was good. Brest features were the hot spring and indoor/outdoor pool.
Slow wi-fi in our initial room but staff quickly assigned us a new room with faster internet.

The language barrier is still very high as the English by the staff is almost non existent and the only way to communicate is with an translation App
