The staff was nice, the place is lovely and we had a nice stay especially after a month in Raja Ampat

The fact that I checked in at 4:30pm and the room was not fully ready : no towels for the shower. We were very much impatient to shower after a month in Raja and we had to wait more than 2 hours because the towels were drying…

Hndy location, we were just there for a layover. Service was slow and things didn't arrive that we asked for (eg pool towels) but the staff were friendly, the meals were good and beds were comfy so we were happy with what we had there.

Great place to stay transiting to Raja Ampat. Stayed here before and after my liveaboard experience in Raja Ampat. Early check in and room upgrade were fantastic! I would definitely stay here again. Everything a traveler needs. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent included breakfast, super economical dinner buffet, location very near the airport, and friendly staff. There was even an ATM outside their front entrance! Thanks Vega Prime!

A great place to stay while in transit to Raja Ampat. A block off from the airport literally across the airport street entrance. An easy walk if needed. Arrived after an overnight flight and was given a complimentary upgrade and allowed to check in at 8AM with no problem! Restaurant breakfast included was varied and well prepared. They even had eggs cooked to order outside. Dinner buffet was also varied and there were more options than I could possibly taste. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I found my stay there quiet and exactly what I needed. Thanks Vega Prime and Whitney in particular. Would definitely recommend!

There are not many restaurants in the area

Proximity to the airport and only 10 minutes from Marina area. The pool and restaurant were excellent.

The rooms and hallways are starting to show their age. Needs fresh paint and carpeting.

Bathroom was dirty and grimyOn site restaurant was utterly terrible- we went to bed hungry after waiting over 60 minutes for dinner.Hotel spa is a disgrace, unprofessional, therapist tried to take photos of us on the massage table, talked to each other non stop throughout the massage, didn't know how to use the hot stones

the staff. Whitney is a star and helped getting luggage in taxi. again Ray was helpful. it was our 2nd stay and it was like coming home. fabulous koi in restaurant

hotel was stop over point in Sorong for a boat trip. Staff were friendly and kind (Dea at the front desk assisted in getting me all settled in). There was another young lady who wore a feather headdress of some type on my first visit on Oct. 17th who was equally as king though I didn't get her name. Berlyn, at the spa, gave one of the best massages I've ever had (had one on the 17th and rebooked her on this stay knowing I'd be back and she didn't disappoint!).

Everything was beautiful and so well appointed. The staff were wonderful and the amenities superb. The best reflexology and yummy food. After 2 weeks diving and living simply in Raja Ampat it was a dream. I will go back after my next dive trip and highly recommend it to anyone!

The service was superb and plentiful. The food was nice, especially the breakfast.

The bathroom was in need of rehabilitation and the shower head was not functioning.

The room was lovely. Having access to the pool and gym is great. The breakfast is also very good.

Make sure you get a room with a window!

A bit run down and the paint is coming of the walls, beeds urgent renovations in some rooms. A bit overpriced for the run diwn rooms but the nice staff makes up for it. F & B Manager is fantastinc. Great food room service for affordable prices.

Comfortable Aircon room after a week in a beach bungalow was quite nice. Very convenient for the airport.

Standard 4 star hotel, you could be anywhere in the world.

Very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds! The AC worked well which we greatly appreciated. The bathroom came equipped with hot water, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, comb, and shower cap. The laundry service was very reasonable and was completed the same day. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked well maintained and very refreshing. The breakfast provided had many options to suit all tastes. We would recommend Vega Prime to others.

Amazing place. so convenient for the airport fabulous facilities very comfortable rooms. Incredible buffet supper and breakfast. Such good value!!!
