Very clean and breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff is amazing, can?t wait to go back.

Every hotel has its flaws but this hotel was just perfect for me and my husband.

There were issues with the water in the shower it cycled from very cold to scalding hot in all 3 rooms our family booked. Notified the desk and maintenance man checked and found nothing. He offered to show us how to use shower. Not the issue. We know how

Very friendly staff. We were greeted with a tropical drink. The view out of our room was perfect for the Arenal Volcano. Quiet and not too crowded. I would rebook this hotel anytime.

Some plumbing issues

Very basic kind of hotel. But clean rooms . The property is beautiful but rooms are very basic. Staff is very nice .Breakfast is not good . Don’t know why reviews said excellent breakfast. It is what they promise though . It is a basic 3 star facility .

Someone to help with luggage as all rooms are scattered through the property. Especially in rain !

Friendly staff, good food

All the beds on the property only come with 1 sheet and no blankets. Staff will bring you a blanket at your request but it is very thin and doesn’t cover the entirety of the bed. Also, they confuse queen beds with double beds. Not good for couple or anyone tall.

Shower water pressure and hot water situation not very good

The room was comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful, the shower was good and jacuzzi was an unexpected good surprise. He food of the restaurante was good too.

The breakfast could be more diverse and with local options. The hotel could highlight that the tap water is potable.

Beautiful garden well kept. Nice outdoor pools and jacuzzi. Conveniently located between Fortuna and other tourist attractions.

The restaurant was our favorite thing about this hotel. The food was good and the service was outstanding. They went out of their way to get us a dinner reservation on the night we arrived even though they already had a large group pre booked.

The card system for electricity is unusual. There is no way to cool off your room when you leave. Your room key is also the means to start the electricity so you must be inside the room to actually use it. I do understand the reasoning behind it-saving energy.The room itself was very basic- not many extras. Our only real complaint was the noisy toilet that randomly started running every few minutes all night long.

The updated rooms, comfortable beds, and the location!! The restaurant attached to the hotel was also amazing, I highly recommend the pasta ?

The restaurant lodge had beautiful views and the food was delicious. The owner and staff were very kind.

The rooms were a bit simple a rustic.

This was a perfect stay for our family. We were here for a wedding that was down the road at one of the resorts which we stayed at for a night. And I gotta say this place has the best breakfast! Delicious and staff is super awesome!

Location. Rooms are individual and separated from each other

It’s dated, it needs a renovation all over it. It’s not super clean, one doesn’t feel comfortable. The breakfast is basic. Being in Costa Rica, with all the amazing fruits there are and we only had pineapple and papaya every day.Also there were lots of ants in my room and in my kids room. I know it’s in the rainforest. But these were sugar ants and it wasn’t nice to have them crawl all over our body.The WiFi was horrible and almost no hot water!
