Pros +
- The landscaping and gardens.
- CHARMING. GOOD ENGLISH. PREPARED FREE EARLY TAKE OUT BREAKFAST. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. FREE PARKING BUT I WOULD NEVER RENT A CAR AGAIN BECAUSE THERE ARE FEW ROAD SIGNS,ROADS ARE NARROW, WINDY AND HILLY. ALL THE LOCALS SPEED. GARMIN DIDN'T WORK WELL
- Conveniently located, easy to find, privacy friendly staff
Cons -
- the owner was hostile. The rooms flooded every time it rained. Getting into parking garage was dangerous and a nightmare. You are only aloowed in and out at certain times. No excursion bus will go there due to dangerous road
- NO PHONE, NO TV, NO AIR CONDITIONING. ANTS, SPIDERS, AND COCK ROACHES. STRANGE, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING KNOW IT ALL OWNER, BUT ACCOMMODATING TO OUR NEEDS. LOTS OF STEPS, DEPENDING ON COTTAGE LOCATION
- The surrounding neighborhood is not very walkable and there is a lot of traffic noise. But once you are inside the property, the environment is so serene that the noise is easily overlooked. When needed, the hosts call you a taxi which arrives quickly.

The grounds are beautiful, extensive garden with many species of flowering plants, exotic orchids, vegetables and trees. We were in the Rainforest cabin, which was very well-equipped. Charming and intimate. Hosts and food wonderful!
