This is the cutest ,relaxing, quiet oasis about 15 mins from the airport.The pool is beautiful and the food at the restaurant was excellent with a nice bottle of Cabernet Sav to savour by the pool.Theres a bar / restaurant1 min down the road.The rooms are beautiful with wall paintings and nicely presented.We paid about $70 usd per night incl breakfast.Airport taxi was $20.

It was in a quiet location. The gardens are beautiful. I loved the flower paintings on the walls. My bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good.

The pool was closed for maintenance, but they didn’t discount my stay. I would like a hotel shuttle included as well.

Convenient for the airport

Run down and not well kept. I was surprised by the state of the property relative to the pictures and reviews.

the gardens and property are gorgeous. the gardens seem like a little Eden. very well manicured.

our room felt small for 4 people. the water pressure was very low, there was no way to contact the front desk by phone, only by walking there under the heavy rain, not enough towels, poor WiFi.

It’s very close to the airport and very clean. It feels very authentic and isn’t a traditional grey and white room. The food is PHENOMENAL.

Can hear people very clearly talking outside by the pool when inside of the room.

This hotel is our preferred airport hotel when flying in and out of San Jose, Costa Rica. The grounds are well-tended and gorgeous. It feels like a little slice of paradise in an unexpected place.

Quiet location, ok breakfast

The room's bed, bathroom, and furnishings were of lower quality than I'd get for this price in the USA near a major airport. The surrounding road construction and dense daily commuter traffic (30-60 minute delays) made rough and time-consuming access to downtown or Sarchi day trips. Tips: Find a hotel closer to the airport. To get around, Uber is much cheaper than taxi — and both are more comfortable than attempting to drive yourself in the dense San Juan traffic. In general, Costa Rica was surprisingly expensive for lodging and dining, not the value that I expected. On the plus side, most of the country's residents seem to have good jobs, health care, education, and happiness.

The staff was nice and helpful (even though there was the language barrier).

The bed was extremely soft. The internet was beyond terrible (it would take a loooong time to get a connection and then it would stay connected for about 30 seconds (if lucky)). There was one (one!) outlet in the room and one in the bathroom. The room was very poorly lit (made even worse by having to unplug the small bedside light so as to be able to charge two devices). The door fit the frame VERY poorly (about a half inch opening at the bottom) - we piled pillows and towels against the door to keep creepy crawlies from entering the room (still had a few).

The breakfast was great... eggs were delicious and fresh fruit was wonderful. The accommodations are nothing fancy but were clean and they were willing to accommodate us arriving late.

Nicely landscaped with groomed lawn and flowers. Impeccably clean pool with pleasant plantings. Rooms are in separate cabins. On site restaurant with delicious food. The place is a gem. Off street parking. Gated.

The WiFi was a bit weak — didn’t reach the sleeping room we were in. But worked fine in lobby and pool area

The room was comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was wonderful.

The noise of the motos was intrusive at times, but we experienced the same thing in other hotels in Costa Rica, so it's not the fault of the venue.
