- Hotel is a well-known business with English-speaking attendants addressing your every need. There was hot water and a decent bed. We also liked how they were able to call a taxi from Managua airport and give us advice for all the surrounding activities.
- Casa San Francisco is simply a gem in Granada! The staff, the building, the food, the location, pool, all of it is wonderful. But the one thing is the building and gardens.

- We wanted a mosquito net around our bed but it was only available for some rooms.
