Was nice, A bit hit and miss with staff, some were really nice and others cba.There's no non smoking rooms in this hotel. Breakfast was best left aside and unconsumed.Rooms were clean and comfy

Breakfast was all right but one needs to get used to the fact that getting coffee with milk is not at all a given. There was only horrible powder creamer :((( Also the choice of bread is very different to what one expects in Europe.

I was a solo female traveller visiting Yarmouk University. Maybe that was why there was absolutely no room service. Not once anyone entered my room to empty the bin or make the bed. I am not very messy but... In the Middle East the staff tend to expect tips. Let me ask for what??

The room is comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very good and has a nice view from where it is served. They have an indoor pool but I was the only one using it that day, I don't think it is often used by guests. The street where the hotel is located has a lively nightlife with many restaurant and coffee shop options. There are not many tourist attractions close to the hotel but the city itself is not very touristy.

I had some problems with the internet, I thought it was my VPN but even after deactivating it, the internet sometimes didn't work.

It was a good stay, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was close to markets and restaurants

There was a problem in the ac and the manager was very kind he gave me a free upgrade ?

you should offer more car parking spaces

Pleasant staff, no alcohol, in a way it's family friendly, hot water

No stairs for emergency exit, no hangers in the bathroom, dirty towels, lack of bathroom toiletries, you need to handover access key to clean the room, parking is not always available, smoking is allowed everywhere even in the lift, insects on the breakfast table all over the food

Wouldn’t recommend to families

No wheelchair access with many stairs on front of the hotel even though they said it had wheelchair access.Bad breakfast. location wasn’t good for families

Great location! Nice local-type breakfast! Good service at the reception. They have always offered us coffee and water.

The rooms were not well prepared and cleaned. Some rooms require urgent renovation and repair. The pool was not for the guests only, but for external users as well. The pool was not well maintained and cleaned.

The location was perfect. It was clean and the room was nice and spacious. They upgraded our room once we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was not that great. The bed and pillows were also not comfortable. There is noise at night but it didn’t bother us because we are used to living in the city.
