Nice hotel in an excellent location close to Saint Lazarus church. The breakfast buffet offers a very wide array of options, plus the option to order from a few fresh breakfast choices from the kitchen.

The swimmingpool on the roof terrace was already closed in November even thought the weather was still very warm.

Excellent experience overall. The hotel location is perfect, a few minutes walking from all main city attractions. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Good breakfast. Excellent service. I like the hotel design, both inside and outside.

The only thing I can mention here is an unpleasant smell in bathroom, despite everything being perfectly clean. Another fact that can be mentioned is a tiny and shallow rooftop pool, but it’s not really negative, it’s just a fact. Won’t fit for swimming lovers. Though sitting on the roof by this pool was a nice experience. The sun beds are very comfortable.

The property was in a good location with easy access to the town and beach. The staff were friendly and having a small pool was a nice touch.

The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty however the hot plates only kept the food lukewarm. If you want ‘hot’ food order off the menu. If you like to use a hairdryer take your own. When being used it kept cutting out. When we mentioned it to reception we were told it was a health and safety option and you were supposed to not hold it in a certain way!!Finally the bathroom. It was very nicely done out but it was glass therefore no privacy within the bedroom. That is probably a personal thing as maybe younger guests don’t find it a problem.

The bar and the extensive selection of alcoholic drinks, including the cocktails, were also top-notch.The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding—everything was always spotless and well-organized.Overall, it was a perfect vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome and cared for.

A very good hotel overall with good rooms and facilities.Although personally I would class it as more of a business hotel rather than a luxury hotel. There was nothing to fault though including breakfast which had an excellent buffet along with options to order.Staff were very helpful and gave good service.The bars both on the ground floor and at a the roof top pool very good also,

Warm welcome from staff. Comfortable bed. Nice decor. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

The glass bathroom enclosure provided little privacy. It was a little expensive for the location.

My favourite hotel in Larnaka. It is very neat, well-decorated and well-kept (everything is clean, nothing is broken, nothing is old). A pleasure.

The view is quite funny from the balconies. It is to a parking on an empty lot.

It was clean. The vibe was expensive

The lobby staff weren't friendly. It cost way over its value, compared to other planes nearby. The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and the phone didn't work so that we could report it....

I really had a quiet and pleasant stay as they put me in the corner room on the top floor. It was a new year day, and I enjoyed fireworks at the beach from my room.Hotel staff are friendly and helpful enough.

We have visited this hotel many times since it first opened and always felt it was welcoming. For example, there was always a small gift in the bedroom, such as a small bag of almonds or a jar of sugared fruit ("gliko"), Not this time. The floor in our bedroom was well worn and needed replacing. The staff were too few in number to cope with the dining, etc. Many of the staff we had become used to seeing, and who were always very friendly have gone. Some of our meals were served on chipped plates. While at breakfast we were warned that the surface was hot, the food inside the (cast iron ?) pots was tepid at best. There were no jams or marmalades, only honey.

The management, the receptionists, the staff at restaurant, the housekeeping., the ambiance, the helpfulness, assistance whenever needed, very clean throughout and the location.

Breakfast was big great buffet, the restaurant crew was super nice.The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Christmas’s market and 10 minutes from the beach and every restaurant you can imagine.

AC wasn’t cooling in the last night and it was very hot.

Front of the hotel was shabby from the outside, but once you entered the building, it was quite nice.

This hotel is a special gem in Larnaca. I never stay anywhere else but here since it was opened few years ago. Staff, facilities, proximity to old town and great restaurant make it a rare pearl in the city. You notice once you enter that the hotel is special-beautiful smell all around, its design, incredible open yard where you can have open door breakfast, beautiful swimming at rooftop is what you do not expect when entering but it adds to its luxury feeling with treatment by staff like you are at home. Particularly comfortable beds, super great cleaning by Nina who smiles each time you pass the coridor. Restaurant deserves special mention in terms of food but particularly for staff: Milan, Elena and others who make you feel special with service that is rarily found in the best hotels in Europe. I stayed in this hotel since its opening and every time it makes my heart melt. The receptionist deserve special thanks as she helped me with some personal requests that she was not bound to but did all to make all work. When you stay here you want to book for next year immediately and you have to do it fast as it is always fully booked!
