Brilliant location and friendly staff

Absolutely great location - it takes 5 minutes walking to get to the seafront area.Nice silent one bedroom apartment. Everything is new and fresh. Rooms are clean as a hospital.Kitchenette is completely equipped with all needed utensils for those who prefers cooking themselves.Many restaurants and mini-markets around.The paid parking is just in front of the hotel but it is very expensive. See other parkings around - they are plenty.

This was a great apartment in a great location. I utilized the balcony and the kitchen.

I needed to use the laundry machines and had a lot of trouble with them. Perhaps there could be some written instructions about which setting to use.

Comfortable beds, decent shower, very clean. A bit bare bones but perfectly acceptable overall. Location was pretty good, close to the centre, bus stops, restaurants, sights, bars.

Room had only a single high window, so it almost felt like a basement room as it was a bit dark.

This apartment perfectly suited my needs. Its location was perfect. I’m not a beach person so being inland a few blocks worked out well. The better restaurants and cafes are also found in the area vs the more touristy ones right off the beach. A few things to take note of: you’ll get the door code shortly before arrival. There’s no staff around, so make sure you’ve got a way to communicate. You’ll receive through Booking messaging very detailed and concise instructions on how to enter, WiFi, etc. Everything was very easy. I didn’t use the kitchen at all (the restaurants are better), but it seemed to have basic supplies, but no microwave. Also, the a/c, which worked great, is in the bedroom—not the kitchen/dining area. If you’re not overburdened by luggage, you’re in walking distance of the 425 bus which goes directly to the airport. Make sure you have data or a good downloaded map because the neighboring streets can be a little tricky. Everything was clean, comfortable, and immaculate. The apartment is good value and deserving of its high reviews. I’d happily stay here again.

The apartament is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The location is great, it's a 5 minute walk to Finikoudes beach and all the bars and restaurants in the area. Also, the area is very quiet.The apartament and the building have everything you need to have a comfortable stay: a small but well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a separate laundry room at the mezanine floor. The bedroom is very spacious and the bed and the mattress are perfect for a good night sleep.

Stayed at Levante Holiday Apartments in Larnaca and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great location too, close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was good and I would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that during my 6-night stay no one came to clean the room, take out the garbage, or change the sheets.

Very close to the beach, restaurants and Old Town. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable. Staff was super friendly.

No sitting room, only a kitchen table. Parking is 13.50 euro per night.

The location was perfect ,easy check in and check out .

Its not clean very well and the bathroom sink has problem we don’t know how to fix it.

The property is conveniently located within a walking distance to the beach and downtown - shops, cafes and bars. The staff was very kind and accommodated all our requests. The bed was large and extra comfy. In addition, there was a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to make yourself a meal. Spot on! Well done, guys!

Bathroom could use a bit better cleaning.

Location is great, near the Finikoudes beach and the main promenade with a lots of restaurants/bars and shops. The apartment is very modern and nicely decorated.

The apartment is extremely dirty. When we arrived, there were yellow stains on the toilet seat, so we had to buy the cleaning products to clean the entire bathroom before using it. Also, there were crumbs in the kitchen and on the dining table. The curtains were dusty and had stale smell, as if they have never been washed. Eventhough the cleaning lady was supposed to clean the apartment after 3 nights, she arrived after 4 nights and asked us if we need the cleaning at all! Besides this, when we booked the apartment, we received a message that we will get the instructions how to enter the apartment 2 hours before a check-in time. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time to Larnaca and still didn't get the message with instructions, so we had to call the host to get the instructions. One more thing is that the room where we stayed did not have natural light at all, as our window was looking at the wall which was 50 centimeters far from the window.

Great location and good value for money.

The bed was uncomfortable, and there was no daily cleaning service.

It was very convenient, in very good location, close to good eating places, to sea, bus stops, very clean and well equipped. Hosts were super responsive and helpful.

All was great! Host, hospitality, room, scilent, clean, modern.

Inner yard look - but you may not change surrounding buildings ?
