nasty place...

not I liked about the place...not as it was described...no soap, no shampoo, was told that there was water in the room there was none....air condition did not work...sheets and towels looked ancient and dirty, bed seemed to be 50 yrs old...avoid it!!

The only good thing was the location. The beds were not bad. Everyhting else about this hotel is a scam.

There is no reception after check in. There was a note saying "back in 20'" which is there all day. No emergency number anywhere but outside (!) the hotel. Reception is unguarded and unlocked. We found out about that the hard way as one of our guests lost their key. We were desperately trying to find someone to issue us another key and ended up going through the drawers (with the police's approval). Several keys but the master were found and unbelievably enough, this was the same advice we got from the manager of the hotel whom we managed to track down after calling Booking.com! "Go through our drawers and look for the master key"... a method that screams security... When we didn't manage to find it (and even the manager gave up pretending to know what was happening in his hotel) he reluctantly came over to let us in but (!!) he didn't know the password to their computer...! After waking up another colleague, he managed to issue a second key, let our guest in and of course offered ZERO apology for their service.Let us know speak of the room: broken toilet seat wrapped in "sterilised" tape. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the restaurant amazing

This hotel does not come anywhere close to "boutique". Spacious rooms, yes, but very cheap and partly damaged furniture, in a rather worn down area. I called half a day before arriving to confirm the possibility to leave something at the hotel, it was confirmed, but upon arrival they refused - had to have a long discussion before they finally acceptedupon leaving, I was given wrong information on the busses to the airport (I was sent to a bus-stop that according to the drivers is not being served for more than five months); almost missed my flight

Roseum hotel cancelled my booking a day before my arrival due to limited internet connection and lack of fridge into the room as told.

The hotel is located in the city center but is not crowded, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I want to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast. A big thank you to the chef and the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful (especially Lena). I also appreciate the opportunity for early check-in.

Not the most comfortable stay, despite the location

Staff was not welcoming or accommodating. When asking for parking locations, directions were not clear. Hotel room was very basic and third bed provided was a very poor cot and had to request additional towels for the third person.

Central location, mattress, bathroom.

AC was not operable with the remote control. It could not be switched on or off from within the room, one had to ask at the reception to set the temperature, which is unacceptable. Walls need repainting.

Located in the center of the city with plenty of parking spaces it was ideal for us . Either on foot or by car everything was close by .

Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Had to be requested after it wasn't done even after leaving the sign on the door. Also missing replenishment of basic items like toilet rolls & coffee.

Comfortable rooms, ideal location and friendly, welcoming staff. Super a-la-carte breakfast.Would highly recommend.

Helpful personnel, very good breakfasts, good location.

My room was clean and comfortable and had all of the expected amenities. Plus, I especially appreciated the staff. Checking in was smooth, and they honored my request about room preferences. I'd been a little concerned that a cooked-to-order breakfast would take too long, since I had a tour to get to. However, the delightful British man (Jimmy?) coordinating the breakfast ensured my delicious pancakes were served up very quickly! Upon leaving, I asked for help locating a bus stop for a bus to the airport, and instead, they mentioned another guest would soon take a taxi there and asked if I might want to share. So kind and helpful!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made every effort to ensure that we were looked after. There were no problems with the room.

There were some initial problems with my reservation and confusion over which room I was supposed to be in. But this was resolved relatively quickly.

It was friendly and polite personel and clean boutique hotel ,and for the price was worthed and breakfast was very nice with touch of Lebanese cheff, totally I liked it ,xx

Good location, close to all the main spots in larnaca and close to airport. Overall the property is well maintained and good for a short stay.

The breakfast wasn’t great - you have to pay extra for coffee. The room is quite small and the view from room isn’t great.

The breakfast was good and big. The location is excellent closer to the seaThe restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.

The towels were dirty and torn, the bed sheet was stained and looked like it hadn't been washed. The balcony was dirty, they probably didn't have time to clean it. The cups were old and a bit unwashed.

Great value for the price, including a huge breakfast. Staff waited up for my late arrival!

Good location, the room was spacious (it was upgraded for free that was nice). Breakfast was good, breakfast staff was very friendly

The floor was a bit dirty, towels need to be updated, reception staff was quite rude. There is only instant coffee at the breakfast restaurant.

The staff was grate, the location also. Brakfast ala card very well.
