Les Palmiers Beach Boutique Hotel & Luxury Apartments

The hotel is located right near the promenade. It's in a very central location. Lots of restaurants near by and choice is plenty. The room was clean had all the basic necessities

Due to the flight being extremely late I arrive at 5.30 in the morning instead of midnight. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is varied and very good, with fresh products, as fruits. The balcony of the room gives onto the beach, palms and sunrise. The location is perfect, very close to the Finikoudes bus stop. Also the airport is quite close (6 km).

We liked the location although the parking might be the issue. The apartment was very comfortable, only that there was some noise from the top, perhaps related to conditioning. Great balcony and great view. I recommend.

The location was excellent, just in the center of Larnaca city and a few meters away from the beach: you could see the waves from the bed. The room was small but cozy, its main asset being the sunny balcony with a view. The restaurant was elegant, also with a lovely sea view, and breakfast even exceeded our expectations.

The room was pretty small, the bed was not comfortable, there was no sofa, only 2 hard plastic chairs. Personnel showed little empathy, as nobody seemed to care about our wishes. We asked for a double bed but we got 2 small twin beds. When we asked if we could have our last breakfast packed, as the flight was early in the morning, we received a resounding no and nothing else.

Wonderful hotel. We had upper room with balcony facing Sea and it was great. Hotel is just a few steps to the beach, and a few steps to the bus stop from which you can go direct by intercity bus to Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, and other places. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff and housekeeping, central location within easy walking distance to most sights, fresh beach towels every day, lots of nearby restaurants, large beach for good swimming.

No electrical outlets by the bed, so bring an extension cord if you need to plug in anything by the bed, such as a CPAP machine. Some noise at night from motorcycles racing in the streets, but the hotel can't control that.

The room was small. A person with more kilo must struggle to do a shower ( the cabin shower very small)

Close to all eateries and beach. Free street parking in Christmas time. And off season prices are good.

Staff was not very welcoming but still professional. No dish washer, but it seems that's not common in Cyprus Appartements..

The location is excellent. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and diverse. The room is clean, cozy and with a nice view.

The guest were quite noisy. But this is not a fault of the hotel.

the sound proof of the rooms is not good, i had a room close to elevator and the noise of it disturbed badly.The near beach is very dirty, a lot of butts and beer's caps in the sand.

The hotel is exactly on the beach, the stag, the rooms and the breakfast is excellent. The Tv channels and WiFi are perfect. There is a lift to every floor.

Nothing! Probably there is no better hotel than these as location in LARNACA.

Room is old.Issue with noice proof.The shower is very small. taps are leaking in the shower.No blankets, only one wool blanket hidden in the closet. I asked for one from the staff member and she gave me.Very Basic breakfast .

The apartment was very nice, big and comfortable with all the required necessary appliances and utensils.The towels were changed everyday and the apartment was cleaned every day.Location is perfect close to beach, park , restaurants and bus stops. Everything is between 5-10 mins walking distance which is great! Especially if you are travelling with kids.Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

Everything was good except no cleaning materials were provided for example a cloth to clean the tables or oven, a small broom with dustpan to collect dirt when needed so we didn't have to wait the whole day. Since we were travelling with a toddler there were lots of spills. These are nice to have if you are booking an apartment. However dishwashing liquid is provided. Also, didn't like that the housekeeping refused to come later to clean one day since it was only around 10AM and we were just getting ready to go out.

Great location in the restaurants area, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was helpful.

The location of this property is fantastic. Downstairs is not only the beach, but several places to grab an early morning or late-night bite. The staff was very helpful and got us into our accommodation immediately upon arrival. You will see that this property doesn't have designated parking. Don't let that deter you from staying here. There is plenty of parking in the area. We were in a side view unit, and the view was great. Highly recommend.

Clean and opposite the beach

No view, television was very poor and we needed to get maintenance just to get a picture. BBC was the only show to watch in English. A kettle and coffee cups however no instant coffee, tea, or drinking water provided. Paid a lot for this room (AUD $720) for two nights so we thought the ammenities were poor! Receptionist very unhelpful and looked miserable!
